Study On Cultivating New Professional Farmers In Wen County

Since the 19th CPC National Congress,the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy has become the focus of the new era to solve the problems of agriculture,rural areas and farmers.Farmers are the main body of rural revitalization.We should give priority to the development of agriculture and rural areas and promote agricultural modernization.In the post-well-off era,people in rural areas of our country have been completely rid of poverty.However,on the road to common prosperity,agricultural development lag,rural "hollowing out",low income of farmers have restricted the development of agriculture and rural areas.In 2012,the No.1Document of the Central Committee proposed for the first time to vigorously cultivate a new type of professional farmers,and over the years,remarkable results have been achieved.Studying the cultivation of new-type professional farmers is of great significance to promoting agricultural modernization in our country and realizing the second centenary goal.Based on human capital theory,food security theory,population flow theory and supply-side structural reform theory,this paper uses literature research method,field interview method and questionnaire method to select Wen County as the research object,studies the cultivation of new professional farmers in Wen County from three aspects: overall situation,sample analysis and problem finding,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.In order to further promote the new type of professional farmer cultivation of high quality development.The research findings are as follows: Firstly,after years of practice in cultivating new-type professional farmers in Wen County,certain innovations have been achieved in policy support,object selection,cultivation content and teaching methods.New-type professional farmers can promote the development of rural industries,work together to create a beautiful home,promote rural customs,participate in grassroots political construction,and help achieve common prosperity.At present,Wen County has established a unique set of provincial leading enterprises + field schools + training bases + cultivation institutions "four in one" new professional farmer cultivation mode.Secondly,through the field investigation of Henan Ping ’an Seed Industry Co.,Ltd.and Henan Xinhe Industrial Development Co.,LTD.,as well as the questionnaire survey of 105 local survey samples,the basic situation,cultivation situation and cultivation effect of ginseng cultivation personnel in Wen County were comprehensively analyzed.It was found that there were three problems in the cultivation of new professional farmers in Wen County: At the level of cultivation objects,the factors of cultivation objects such as low education level,small scale of operation and lack of initiative restrict the transformation from traditional farmers to new professional farmers.At the level of training institutions,the setting of training teachers,training methods and training content is still unsatisfactory,resulting in the lack of practicability and applicability of training;At the level of government support,problems such as imperfect supporting measures and imperfect cultivation system are also important manifestations of the absence of government.Finally,in order to solve the problems existing in the cultivation of new professional farmers in Wen County,the following suggestions are put forward: first,strengthen the publicity and promotion,give full play to the exemplary role of the main body of new agricultural management,improve the enthusiasm and initiative of farmers to participate in the cultivation;Second,strengthen the construction of the rule of law,increase financial support,improve the conversion rate of agricultural scientific research results,and provide supporting measures and mechanism guarantee for the cultivation of new professional farmers;Thirdly,through revitalizing agricultural education,exploring new cultivation mode and establishing diversified new professional farmer cultivation system;Fourth,we need to improve the working and living environment in rural areas,vigorously implement integrated industrial development,and ensure that clean water,lush mountains,gold and silver mountains remain in rural areas and more talents converge on agriculture.
