Comparative Analysis Of Basketball Youth Training Model

This research takes the relationship network of three basketball youth training models as the research angle of view,obtains the relationship data of each individual of the basketball youth training model positively,by using the methods of literature,comparative analysis and social network analysis,this paper studies the relationship network of each individual in the model of college basketball youth training,with the help of Ucinet software,this paper analyzes the structural features of multi-dimensional relationships in the model of higher education,describes the relationships and characteristics among individuals,and analyzes the position and influence of members in the society,etc.,to grasp the social network structure of the youth training model as a whole,and to provide reference for the development of the youth training model of basketball.This research draws the following conclusions:1.Under the education system,there are obstacles in the communication between basketball youth training and basketball coaches,basketball clubs,etc.,most of the basketball youth training work by school physical education teachers,young people are stupid and excellent basketball coaches,professional teams to exchange with each other,reducing the training path of players.2.Under the youth training model of the sports bureau,only a small part of the people in the sports school and the youth team exchange with the core information,and other factors are basically marginalized,resulting in a small number of basketball youth training people,the number of players available for selection is too small.3.Under the youth training mode of the club system,the information exchange with the club is too much,the information exchange between the youth training system of the club itself(the second and third teams)and Cuba is only a small part,to strengthen the exchange of information in this part of the exchange.4.In the three models of youth training,the same individual“Sports-education integration” appears.Although the information communication between sports-education integration and the core is less,it has shown that now it is slowly approaching the school,take the school as the main body of the youth training.
