Study On The Characteristics Of Basketball Sports Organization Network Relationship In Six Districts Of Taiyuan City

Basketball is the most popular sport with the highest court penetration rate in China,and there are many types of organizations related to it.As part of the "components" of urban basketball sports organizations,they are bound to have social connections in the process of survival and development.In recent years,the state has been promoting the coordinated development of sports organizations.The policies introduced in building a new pattern of basketball development have deepened the social connections among urban basketball sports organizations.What kind of network relations these social connections present and what characteristics they have are a problem worth studying.From the perspective of network,this study explores the relationship characteristics of basketball sports organization network in six districts of Taiyuan,hoping to provide a reference for solving the problems of unbalanced development and non-standard management of basketball sports organizations in six districts of Taiyuan.This study first laid the theoretical and methodtical foundation by reading a large number of literatures,then determined the elements of basketball sports organizations in the six districts of Taiyuan through field research and interview,and issued questionnaires.Finally,social network analysis was used to analyze the questionnaire results with the help of UCINET software.This paper analyzes and discusses the relationship and location characteristics of basketball sports organization network in six districts of Taiyuan from macro and micro levels.The conclusions of this study are as follows:1.There are 62 organizations in the basketball sports organization network in the six districts of Taiyuan.2.Macro characteristics of basketball sports organization network in six districts of Taiyuan(1)Overall network: the network connection is sparse,showing the characteristics of dense center and discrete periphery.Combined with the interview and survey results,this study believes that the overall development of basketball in the six districts of Taiyuan is very unbalanced,which is reflected in three aspects: incomplete organization types and imperfect organization construction,large number of organizations but uneven distribution,and wide distribution but large difference of organization location.(2)The network based on four kinds of relations: the organization network based on social mobility and co-creation has no isolated nodes;The overall network connections based on organizational hierarchy and competitive cooperation are sparse and are divided into two parts: isolated nodes and interconnected networks;The number and density of network connections formed based on co-creation relationship is the highest,followed by social mobility relationship,competitive cooperation relationship,and organizational hierarchy relationship.(3)"Core-edge" network: it is divided into four parts,in which the core network is composed of 27 organizations involved in all kinds of basketball competitions of middle school students in Taiyuan.3.Micro characteristics of basketball sports organization network in six districts of Taiyuan(1)Centrality analysis: Huajian Sports Holding Group Co.,Ltd.occupies a core position in the overall network,followed by Shanxi Rongbiao Sports Events Co.,LTD.,which is also a core member.In addition,various management organizations of basketball also belong to the central actors.(2)Analysis of coacervation subgroups: A total of 8 coacervation subgroups were divided.The members of the first group were more active in the basketball activities in the six districts of Taiyuan.The sub-group members in the position of brokers and external organizations formed a good cooperation effect;The subgroup members of the receiver position generally do not take the initiative to establish relations with the outside,but can not be ignored.The resources owned by the subgroup members in the sending position are not enough to attract other organizations to actively establish relationships;The subgroup at the isolator position has poor internal activity.4.Give adviceEstablishment of inter-organizational cooperation mechanism;To give full play to the leading role and bridging role of organizations such as Huajian and Rongbiao;Perfect the basketball management system,perfect the district level basketball sports organization construction;Relying on the network of cooperative relations,integrate the rest of the network construction;Cultivate new types of basketball sports organizations and support the development of public welfare organizations;Pay attention to the potential power of "J-NBA League" and other cohesive sub-groups.
