Objective: Due to its anatomical and functional characteristics, hamstring muscles are prone to different degrees of injury, and the flexibility and strength of hamstring muscles are the main factors affecting their injuries. Therefore, this study mainly explores the effects of neurodynamic sliding technique and static stretching on hamstring flexibility and strength, compares the differences between neurodynamic sliding technology and static stretching improvement, and the effects of the combined intervention on hamstring flexibility and strength,so as to formulate better relaxation and warm-up methods.Provide new ideas and directions for improving athletes’ sports performance and preventing sports injuries. Methods: 48 subjects will be recruited and randomly assigned to four groups: control, neurodynamic, static stretching, and combination group, with 12 people in each group.Participants should meet posterior muscle tone and relevant inclusion criteria. The control group did not receive any intervention, the neurodynamic group only performed the neurodynamic sliding technique intervention, the static stretching group received static drafting intervention, and the combined group received the neurodynamic sliding technology and static stretching intervention.Passive straight leg raise(PSLR),active knee extension test(AKET),peak torque(PT),peak torque/body weight(PT/BW)and root mean square(RMS)to assess the improvement before, immediately after and after the intervention, and to analyze the improvement of hamstring flexibility and strength and possible mechanisms. The results were statistically analyzed using SPSS22.0.Results:(1)In terms of range of motion,1)PSLR: compared with the baseline value, except for the CG(P>0.05),the PSLR value of all groups increased significantly 4weeks after the intervention, the PSLR value of the SSG and the NDSSG increased significantly immediately after the first intervention, compared with the immediate after the first intervention, the PSLR value of the NDSSG increased significantly 4 weeks after the intervention, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The differences between SSG and NDSSG were statistically significant(P<0.05),and four weeks after intervention, the differences between the NDG,SSG and NDSSG compared with the control group, the NDG compared with the NDSSG,and the SSG compared with the NDSSG were statistically significant(P<0.05).2)AKET: Compared with the baseline value, except for the control group(P>0.05),the AKET values of all groups increased significantly immediately after the first intervention and 4 weeks after the intervention, among which, compared with the immediate after the first intervention, the AKET values of the NDG,SSG and NDSSG increased significantly 4 weeks after the intervention, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);immediately after the first intervention, the NDG,SSG and NDSSG compared with the CG,the differences between the NDG and the NDSSG,the SSG and the NDSSG,and the SS compared with the NDS were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the differences between the NDG,SSG and NDSSG compared with the CG,the NDG compared with the NDSSG,and the SSG compared with the NDSSG were statistically significant(P<0.05)at four weeks after the intervention.(2)In terms of muscle strength indicators,1)knee flexion PT value: compared with the baseline value, the PT value of the combined group increased significantly immediately after the first intervention, and the PT value of all groups increased significantly 4 weeks after the intervention, among which, compared with the immediate after the first intervention, the PT value of the CG,the NDG,the SSG and the NDSSG increased significantly 4 weeks after the intervention. The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),the difference between the NDSSG and the CG immediately after the first intervention(P<0.05),and the differences between the NDG,SSG and NDSSG compared with the CG,the SSG compared with the NDSSG,and the SSG and the NDG compared with the CG at 4 weeks after the intervention(P<0.05).2)PT/BW value: compared with the baseline value, except for the CG(P>0.05),the PT/BW value of the NDSSG increased significantly immediately after the first intervention, the PT/BW value of the NDG,SSG and the NDSSG all increased significantly 4 weeks after the intervention, and compared with the immediate after the first intervention, the PT/BW value of the NDG,SSG and NDSSG increased significantly 4 weeks after the intervention. The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),not statistically significant immediately after the first intervention(P>0.05),and statistically significant(P<0.05)between the NDG,SSG,and NDSSG compared with the CG,the SSG compared with the NDSSG,and the SSG compared with the SSG at 4 weeks after the intervention(P<0.05).(3)In terms of muscle activation, compared with the baseline value, except for the control group(P>0.05),the RMS value of the biceps femoris in all groups increased significantly immediately after the first intervention and 4 weeks after the intervention, compared with immediately after the first intervention, the PT value of the NDG and the NDSSG increased significantly 4 weeks after the intervention, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);immediately after the first intervention, the NDG,SSG and NDSSG compared with the CG,and the NDG compared with the NDSSG,The differences between the SSG and the NDSSG,the NDG and the SSG were statistically significant(P<0.05),and at 4 weeks after the intervention, the differences between the NDG,SSG and the NDSSG compared with the CG,the SSG compared with the NDSSG and the NDG compared with the SSG were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:(1)Immediate and 4-week neurodynamic sliding techniques, static stretching and combined intervention have an improved effect on the flexibility and strength of the hamstring muscles and the activation of the biceps femoris;(2)In terms of flexibility, joint intervention is significantly better than single technology. For 4-week flexibility changes, the neurodynamic sliding technique is not superior to static stretching;(3)In terms of muscle strength and muscle activation, the 4-week intervention was better than the immediate intervention effect, the combined intervention was better than the single technique, and the neurodynamic sliding technique was better than the static stretching. And immediate neurodynamic sliding techniques and static stretching do not improve muscle strength.
