| Stretching as an important training method before and after the movement, has now been integrated into various sports.Static tractive stretch is one of the stretching methods, which is also well known and widely used. How to use it reasonably has been a scientific research problem which experts and scholars have focused on continuously. On the other hand, the research on the scientific training of the handball player has not been as good as that of other popular sports, and the training of young handball players is the basis and important link for the handball player of the national team.In order to explore the influence of static traction and stretching on the performance of young handball players, based on the characteristics of frequent running and jumping in handball,50 m running and standing long jump, which are similar to the characteristics of handball, were selected to test the effects of static stretching of knee extensors at different times on the performance of 50 m running and standing long jump of handball players.Using experimental method, the 50 m running and standing long jump tests were carried out on handball players from No.2 High School of Yuci,Shanxi Province after static traction and stretching for different lengths of time. Finally,it provides constructive advice for young handball players on how to make rational use of static traction and stretching. The results show that static stretching of knee extensors with different durations before exercise has a negative effect on the performance of 50 m running, which means it will degrade the 50 m race.Static stretching of knee extensors before exercise is beneficial to the improvement of standing long jump performance only when the stretching time is 180 s and 300 s.Combined with the fact that there are a lot of sprints and jumps in handball,in order to take into account the two sports of running and jumping in handball, static stretching of knee extensors is not recommended for young handball players before Games and training. |
