On March 11,2018,the Amendment to the Constitution of the People’s Republic of China changed "legal education" to "legal education",broadening the connotation and extension of learning related legal education.In 2022,the Ministry of Education issued the Compulsory Education Curriculum Plan and Curriculum Standards(2022edition),which gave more emphasis to the rule of law education.The content points of the curriculum standard of rule of law education were increased,and the cultivation requirements of the core quality of the rule of law concept were clearly put forward,reflecting the state’s emphasis on the rule of law education in primary and secondary schools.In the context of comprehensive rule of law,China has increasingly attached importance to rule of law education.For middle school students,the moral and rule of law classroom is the main position of rule of law education.Legal knowledge is theoretically abstract and has a certain distance from students’ lives,making it difficult to understand.The use of legal cases combined with case teaching methods to explain legal knowledge will make it easier for students to understand and accept,thereby enriching classroom teaching content and improving the effectiveness of legal education.For junior high school students,moral and rule of law classroom is the main front of rule of law education.Legal knowledge is theoretical and abstract,and has a certain distance from the life of junior high school students,so it is difficult to understand.The application of legal cases combined with case teaching method in the teaching of Morality and Rule of Law in junior middle school can not only realize the interaction between teachers and students with cases as the carrier,but also help students to understand legal knowledge through the analysis of legal cases,so as to enrich the classroom teaching content and improve the effectiveness of legal education.In addition to the abstract and introduction,this paper mainly includes the following four parts:The first part introduces the theoretical overview of the rule of law cases.Firstly,on the basis of literature review,it defines the relevant concepts of the rule of law cases in the teaching of Morality and Rule of Law in junior high school.Secondly,combined with the teaching of Morality and rule of Law in junior high school,the theoretical basis of the application of rule of law cases is analyzed.Finally,the application value of rule of law cases in the teaching of Morality and Rule of Law in junior high school is explained.The second part studies the application status of rule of law cases in the teaching of Morality and Rule of Law in junior high school.Through questionnaire survey of students and interview survey of teachers,it finds the effectiveness of the application of rule of law cases in the teaching of Morality and Rule of law in junior high school.As well as the problems of low quality of selection and compilation of rule of law cases,single interpretation of rule of law cases,insufficient interaction in teaching of rule of law cases,and incomplete teaching evaluation of rule of law cases in the application,the reasons are attributed from four aspects: lack of high-quality sample resources of rule of law cases,influence of traditional exam-oriented education thinking,improper implementation of teachers’ teaching organization,and limitation of traditional teaching evaluation mode.Lay the foundation for the strategy proposed in the third part.The third part,according to the existing problems and reasons of the application of rule of law cases in the teaching of Morality and rule of law in junior high school,puts forward specific countermeasures to improve the application of rule of law cases in the teaching of Morality and rule of law in junior high school,which is also the focus of this paper.In order to improve the application effect of rule of law cases in the teaching of Morality and Rule of Law in junior high school,firstly,on the basis of optimizing the rule of law cases according to the principle of case selection,the resources of rule of law cases should be collected and innovatively developed,the resource base of rule of law cases should be built,and the case resources should be shared.Secondly,teachers must change their teaching ideas and constantly improve their legal literacy.Thirdly,teachers should optimize the teaching methods of rule of law cases and integrate traditional teaching,situational teaching and inquiry teaching into rule of law case teaching.Finally,from the teacher’s teaching and students’ learning two aspects,the comprehensive evaluation of the rule of law case teaching effect.The fourth part takes "Making Good Use of Law",Unit 2,Lesson 5,Box 3,as an example for teaching design and reflection. |
