Private education is an important part of China’s education.Private schools,as the main body of private education development,have exposed significant defects such as poor quality,shortage of quantity and outstanding structural problems of the school’s teaching staff while developing vigorously.In addition,there are many problems in the treatment and training of teachers,such as the lack of strong guarantee for teachers’ wages,welfare benefits and other legitimate rights and interests,and in business training The lack of space and ways for job promotion and other aspects has brought new challenges to the development of private schools.Therefore,if private schools want to meet the challenges and seek development,they need to take teacher motivation as the starting point and build an excellent teacher team to promote the stable and healthy development of the school.This paper takes TY private school as the research object,takes Herzberg’s twofactor theory as the analysis basis,and adopts the form of questionnaire and interview to carry out a targeted research on teacher motivation in the school.Through investigation,we found the current situation and existing problems of teacher motivation in TY private schools,analyzed the causes of the problems,and combined with the actual situation of the school to provide a feasible solution to the problem of teacher motivation in the school.Based on the analysis of the survey results,this paper puts forward the following optimization measures: in the aspect of health care factors,schools should provide competitive salary,increase the investment in welfare security incentives,give full play to the incentive role of the school work environment for teachers,and adjust interpersonal relationships to strengthen teacher incentives;In terms of incentive factors,schools should improve the incentive system for teacher training,increase the incentive for teacher promotion,attach importance to the incentive for teacher growth and development,improve the incentive effect of teacher recognition,and stimulate the enthusiasm of teachers in TY schools by taking the above optimization measures.This research has positive effect and value on the improvement of teacher motivation in similar private schools. |
