Since the implementation of the " double reduction " policy issued by the Ministry of Education in 2021,the sports of primary and secondary schools have ushered in the best opportunity for development.However,the development of tennis characteristic schools in Chongqing is slow.Since the promulgation of the " double reduction " policy,the construction of tennis characteristic schools in Chongqing has not been significantly improved,and it is still in a state of stagnation.It is inferred that there are some deficiencies in the construction of tennis characteristic schools in Chongqing.This study uses the literature data method,questionnaire survey method,expert interview method and mathematical statistics method to study 20 tennis characteristic primary schools among the 83 tennis characteristic schools selected in Chongqing by2022,and investigates and studies their organizational leadership,condition guarantee,education and teaching,competition training and assessment.According to the results of the investigation,the difficulties and challenges in the construction process of Chongqing campus tennis characteristic primary schools are explored,and corresponding suggestions are given.1、Through the research,the following conclusions are drawn : 1)Organizational leadership basically implements national policies,incorporates tennis events into development plans,and has a sound working mechanism,but there is a lack of rules and regulations;2)In terms of condition guarantee,at least one tennis special teacher in each school has been achieved,and most teachers are basically satisfied with their treatment,but the teaching age of teachers is generally short,the experience is insufficient,and the sports level is not high.The construction of standard tennis courts in characteristic primary schools is insufficient and does not meet the construction standards.Other consumables basically meet the needs of teaching activities.The established tennis special funds basically meet the needs;3)In terms of education and teaching,the surveyed schools all meet the requirements of one tennis lesson per week,but the school curriculum content is monotonous,mainly in physical education and after-school delay services,and the construction of campus tennis culture is weak;4)In terms of training competition and assessment,all the characteristic primary schools surveyed have set up school teams,but the school lacks a scientific training system and the training level is low.There is a lack of tennis competitions,mainly at the district level.Students have few opportunities to participate in high-level competitions and their participation is not high;2、provide the following suggestions for promoting the construction of tennis characteristic primary schools in Chongqing :1)The leadership organization hopes that the characteristic primary schools will improve the management level,formulate and improve the rules and regulations and implement them;2)In terms of condition guarantee,the construction of standard tennis venues should be increased,and the resources of clubs and community venues around schools should be developed and utilized.Strengthen the construction of special teaching staff,and introduce high-quality professional coaches through the cooperation of clubs and sports schools.The government should increase support for tennis characteristic primary schools,rationally allocate special funds,and ensure the normal development of campus tennis activities;3)Education and teaching should pay attention to the research and development of tennis school-based curriculum,actively build a campus tennis culture atmosphere,and open diversified tennis cultural activities;4)Training and competition should actively carry out tennis competition,between the school,the school to test the results of school training,reflection and summary of continuous improvement.
