The development of campus tennis plays a positive role in meeting the diversified sports needs of young people and the cultivation of students’ lifelong sports concept.At the same time,the implementation of campus tennis is also to improve the physical health of students and lay a solid foundation for the training of Chinese tennis reserve talents.Since its implementation in 2018,Chongqing campus tennis has been widely welcomed by various schools under the influence of Chongqing’s hot mass tennis atmosphere.Although each school has a clear attitude towards campus tennis,But Chongqing campus tennis after recent years of development has shown an internal situation.To introduce social forces into schools,join the construction of sports courses,broaden the development channels,break through the development of tennis projects in Chongqing tennis schools,promote the sustainable development of tennis in Chongqing,and also strengthen the training of tennis talents,providing reference value for the development of Chongqing tennis schools and even the national tennis pilot schools,Through the research methods of literature,questionnaire,expert interview and field observation,this paper studies the present situation of the development of tennis school in Chongqing,the difficulties faced in the actual development and the optimization path to break through the development dilemma.The conclusions are as follows:1.in 2018 and 2019,Chongqing has selected and identified 83 schools with special characteristics of tennis on campus among which the overall teaching age of tennis teachers is short,most of the teachers have undergraduate education levels,and the number of special teachers in characteristic schools is relatively small.2.in the field site equipment,most schools choose other open spaces to teach when the space is not enough.3.Among the 83 school tennis characteristic schools in Chongqing,the few schools that carry out tennis teaching with the help of social resources,and the majority of the schools that rely on their own strength to carry out teaching.4.in the form of development,the richness of teaching materials is slightly worse,the competition mechanism is not perfect,the competition organization is less,the form is relatively single,lack of interest.Taking the number of participating schools in Chongqing’s second campus tennis competition as an example,only 31 schools participated in 83 characteristic schools in Chongqing,indicating that most schools did not normalize the competition.5.In the aspect of policy implementation,the impact of policy landing and implementation on the development of campus tennis is great,the current policy implementation is obviously not enough,some schools have not really attached importance to the implementation of relevant measures.Most characteristic schools have not responded positively.In order to promote the better and faster development of campus tennis in Chongqing,the following aspects are optimized according to the national will:1.in view of the unreasonable structure of teachers,the school level should draw on social forces and rely on professional and qualified social resources to supplement teachers.2.Under the condition of tight space,the school should fully improve the utilization rate of the school site,develop the site reasonably,and replace the resources with the social forces at the same time,so as to ensure the feasibility of its own full tennis teaching.3.At present,most characteristic schools have not responded positively to the instructions put forward by the state to encourage social forces to participate in school sports work.For this phenomenon,first of all,as schools,they should "open" school gates and break the boundaries of space and time.4.enrich and perfect the teaching system,make use of the advantages of social resources and Internet platform,develop a variety of teaching forms that combine online and offline,and make use of the professionalism of social forces to build events and echelons,so as to realize class competitions,weekend inter-school competitions and holiday city competitions.5.A special supervision group and leading group should be set up to make the special management organization of campus tennis mature gradually,and the relevant managers should regularly inspect the development of campus tennis and formulate a system of rewards and punishments according to the development situation.
