The online and offline hybrid teaching has the advantages of both online teaching and offline teaching,which is conducive to promoting the construction of digital resources of aerobics courses and meeting the overall requirements of taking demand as the traction and application as the core.The purpose of this paper is to explore how to maximize the ability of students to create aerobics in online and offline hybrid teaching,to cultivate students’ independent learning and innovation,to meet the requirements of society,primary and secondary schools for innovative talents,and to lay the foundation for cultivating aerobics students to become innovative and compound physical education teachers.This article uses research methods such as literature,expert interviews,questionnaires,experiments,and mathematical statistics to analyze the syllabus,curriculum requirements,and student situation of the 2020 level aerobics special course for physical education majors,develop a teaching plan for the development of aerobics creative ability in online and offline hybrid teaching,select suitable teaching content,analyze and develop an evaluation table for competitive aerobics creative ability,After research,the following conclusions are reached:Online and offline hybrid teaching is beneficial for students to master the theoretical knowledge in the creation ability of aerobics,and for students to develop the ability of motion design and music processing,but it does not significantly improve the main content creation and set performance of students.1.After the experiment,there were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in the test scores of competitive aerobics rules,basic music theory knowledge and creative application(P<0.05),indicating that the theoretical knowledge of the experimental group students was better than that of the control group.Therefore,online and offline hybrid teaching is conducive to students’ mastering the theoretical knowledge in aerobics creative ability,and more able to apply the theoretical knowledge.2.After the experiment,there was a significant difference(P<0.05)between the experimental group and the control group in terms of total skill scores,music processing,action design,and set art test scores.There was no significant difference(P>0.05)in the main content design and set performance scores,indicating that the experimental group’s students’ scores in the set of actions created were better than those of the control group,Therefore,blended online and offline teaching is beneficial for improving students’ ability to design movements and process music.3.After the experiment,the mixed teaching satisfaction of the experimental group students was supported and satisfied in several aspects such as course liking,rationality of teaching content,changes in relationships with teachers and classmates,and platform usage.This indicates that online and offline mixed teaching can better improve students’ learning satisfaction and interest.Through the research results,it is concluded that the strategies of online and offline hybrid teaching for improving the creativity of aerobics students are as follows:1 Improve the content of online and offline hybrid teaching in the training of aerobics creation ability.2.Classify teachers and students to share aerobics materials.3.Increase the interactive function of online teaching through communication with learning platforms.4.Communicate with the learning platform to create a progress bar for aerobics learning.The innovation of this study is that under the rules of competitive aerobics in the new cycle of 2022-2024,through the use of online and offline hybrid teaching methods,it intervenes to cultivate students’ ability to create competitive aerobics,and combs out the relevant teaching contents,plans,and evaluations to cultivate the ability to create competitive aerobics. |
