Modern society in an all-round way requires the disabled man to be able to get that can meet the needs of its ability to work to work.Although the national government in recent years and also unceasingly to improve the support to the issue of employment of the disabled,but still there are a lot of implementation does not reach the designated position.Based on H community of D city some acquired disability groups as the research object,using the participatory observation and unstructured interviews,by helping disabled rookie station construction,the day after tomorrow summary refining methods of team work to help the disabled again obtain employment,the study found the team work can make the service object support each other Imitate each other and learn from each other.Eliminate the director inferiority complex is the primary task.Eliminate the director can make its inferiority mentality to accept competition environment training employment psychological skill is the key.Only by constantly improving the employment skills of the groups with acquired disabilities can they adapt to the employment environment under the development of the new industrial model.As acquired disability and society generally don’t pay attention to the situation development,so the social worker should pay attention to more improve director policy sensitivity acquired mastery of employment policy for the disabled,which will be closer to implement re-employment step.Social workers should pay attention to optimize the social support network for the disabled.At the same time should pay attention to individual differences,special circumstances should be considered,must not be generalized.
