Research On The Supply And Demand Of Public Welfare Social Sports Guidance In Jinshui District,Zhengzhou From The Perspective Of "Three Social Linkage"

With the advancement of modern lifestyle,sports participation has increasingly become an indispensable part of people’s healthy lifestyle.How to carry out scientific sports participation is not only a topic of daily concern,but also an important guarantee to ensure the health of residents.In addition,with the goal of "common prosperity" put forward by the Chinese government,China’s social system,management mode and industrial model are undergoing transformation and upgrading around this goal,and the proportion of public welfare activities in society is increasing.Therefore,in this context,the research on the supply-demand relationship and current situation of public welfare social sports guidance has become a very meaningful topic,which will effectively promote residents’ scientific sports participation,promote the construction and sharing of social sports resources,and improve residents’ health level."Three social linkage" is an innovation and breakthrough in the practice of grass-roots social governance in China,which has been widely used in various fields of social construction.Therefore,using the methods of literature,analysis and field investigation,this study studies the supply,demand,deficiency and system construction of public welfare social sports guidance in Jinshui District of Zhengzhou from three aspects: government managers,social sports professionals and community residents,and analyzes the countermeasures and suggestions.In the research part of the supply of public welfare social sports guidance in Jinshui District of Zhengzhou,mainly through the investigation of social sports guidance workers,this paper analyzes the supply of public welfare social sports guidance services in Jinshui District of Zhengzhou from four aspects: supply personnel,supply content,supply mode and supply guarantee.In the demand research part,it mainly starts from the basic personal situation and fitness motivation of community residents in Jinshui District,Zhengzhou,focusing on the needs of community residents for public welfare social sports guidance personnel and guidance contents,as well as their satisfaction with the existing public welfare social sports guidance,To explore the demand for public welfare social sports guidance in Jinshui District,Zhengzhou under the background of "three social linkage".In the research part of the shortage of supply and demand,combined with the social management system of "three social linkage" and focusing on the actual situation of supply and demand,we analyze the deficiencies in the matching imbalance between supply and demand of public welfare social sports guidance in Jinshui District,Zhengzhou City,the insufficient role of supply subjects,the imperfect demand expression mechanism,the imperfect supply guarantee system and the insufficient linkage between supply subjects.Based on the above contents,we analyzed the construction of public welfare social sports guidance service system in Jinshui District of Zhengzhou under the "three social linkage" social management system.It is considered that government leadership is the premise of public welfare social sports guidance.Countermeasures should be taken,such as "strengthening the construction of community sports venues and facilities,establishing the public welfare post system of social sports instructors,perfecting the mechanism of government purchasing public welfare social sports guidance services,and improving the demand expression mechanism of community residents".Community neighborhood committee support is the core of public welfare social sports guidance.Countermeasures should be taken,such as "establishing public welfare social sports guidance as a community issue,paying attention to the construction of community sports positions,and strengthening exchanges and cooperation with other subjects".The guiding way of sports organization is to cultivate the social security of sports,and the initiative of sports organization should be established.Social sports instructors are the support for the development of public welfare social sports guidance.We should adopt countermeasures such as "strengthening the professional training of social sports guidance workers,establishing a local supervision talent training mechanism,and cooperating with the social sports guidance and management specialty in Colleges and universities".Community residents’ participation is the driving force for the development of public welfare social sports guidance.Countermeasures should be taken,such as "actively expressing their own sports guidance needs,actively joining the sports volunteer service team,sincerely consulting and accepting scientific physical exercise guidance to make it daily".
