In recent years,events such as Sino US trade frictions,the continuation of the New Coronary Pneumonia,and the outbreak of the Russia Ukraine war have all had a certain impact on the global economic development,leading to a downward trend in the global economy as a whole,and bringing greater pressure on the healthy and sustainable development of enterprises.In addition,with the rapid development of global information technology and the deepening of China’s economic reform,the industrial structure has also undergone great changes.Enterprises are gradually shifting from large-scale development to high-tech and high-quality development,hoping to invest more high-quality resources in businesses with core competitiveness.Therefore,more and more enterprises are beginning to introduce "outsourcing services",outsourcing some non core businesses to professional outsourcing service institutions.The change of this trend provides a new opportunity for the future development of the human resources outsourcing service industry.As the entry threshold of human resource service outsourcing industry is relatively low,more and more cross industry enterprises begin to enter the human resource industry,and enterprises are facing an unprecedented competitive environment.It is of great practical significance for enterprises to make effective use of their own advantages and conditions to formulate a competitive strategy suitable for the development of enterprises.Yucai Huisi Company(hereinafter referred to as "Yucai Company"),as an enterprise specializing in human resource service outsourcing,still has problems in forming a feasible competitive strategy to adapt to changes in the market environment,and the sustainable and healthy development of the enterprise is facing certain challenges.This paper makes a thorough and detailed study on the competitive strategy Yucai Company will choose by using the theories,research methods and tools related to strategic management and enterprise competitive strategy.First of all,this paper combs the concept of enterprise strategic management,expounds the theoretical perspective and basic framework of competitive strategy,and summarizes relevant industry strategies and competitive strategy literature,which provides a strong theoretical support for the research of this paper.Secondly,this paper uses PEST and Porter’s five forces model tools to deeply analyze the external macro environment and industry competition environment in which Yucai Company is located,and quantifies the key factors of its external environment,so as to clarify the opportunities and threats faced by Yucai Company’s development.From the internal perspective of the enterprise,it combed the internal resource conditions,capabilities and core competitiveness of Yucai Company,and made quantitative evaluation on the internal key factors,so as to identify the strengths and weaknesses in the development of the enterprise.Thirdly,based on the vision and goal of enterprise development,the SWOT matrix is used to comprehensively analyze the opportunities and threats faced by the enterprise,as well as its existing strengths and weaknesses,thus proposing Yucai’s alternative strategy.Finally,the QSPM matrix is used to quantitatively evaluate the alternative strategies.According to the evaluation results,the differentiated competitive strategy is determined to be the optimal competitive strategy of Yucai Company,and the corresponding strategies and safeguards for the implementation of the strategy are proposed.The research of this paper specifically analyzes the development status and competition pattern of the human resource service outsourcing industry,which has certain practical significance for Yucai Company to determine and implement scientific and reasonable competition strategy and promote the sustainable and healthy operation of the company.At the same time,I hope that the research results of Yucai’s competitive strategy can also provide reference for other enterprises in the industry in their competitive strategy selection and practice.
