With the continued hot domestic online education, intensified competition in the industry, the market environment is changing rapidly, online education companies are facing are constantly changing environment, how to effectively deal with these changes, how to effectively play the advantage of the enterprise, based on the limited resources of the enterprise better use of them, and thus the sustainable development of enterprises to make scientific strategic plan, and draw executable strategy, how to stand out from the online education industry, has become an urgent and realistic choices many domestic online education companies.Based on the analysis and study of the basis for the development of online education industry at home and abroad and the market environment, with the development of ZHIYONG for Chengdu Technology, Inc., from the company’s own actual situation, the use of PEST method to analyze the company’s internal and external environment, the use of the company’s SWOT method strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in-depth analysis using matrix analysis method QSPM strategic quantitative analysis, which was established in ZHIYONG for Chengdu Technology, Inc.,to build the competitive advantage of the enterprise.Through research, this paper argues that ZHIYONG should be chosen growth strategy, focused on market segmentation, in vocational colleges take the difference of development, in-depth study of the needs of users.
