Study On Labor Consciousness And Cultivation Of College Students In The New Era

Since the 18 th Party Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping has highly examined labour as "the fundamental force that drives human social progress",emphasised that socialism and the new era are all a result of work,and called for "lifting up the Chinese dream with labour",and in the 20 th Congress report In the report of the 20 th National Congress,he advocated "promoting the spirit of labour throughout society and fostering a new style of the times".The young people of China in the new era are born at the right time and have a heavy responsibility.As the builders and successors of socialism,the correctness of young university students’ labour consciousness is not only related to their own growth and success,but also determines the labour value orientation of the future society.On the whole,the labour consciousness of college students in the new era is positive,but due to the influence of many factors,there are still deviations in the labour consciousness of some college students,such as inappropriate understanding,utilitarian value orientation and inactive labour dynamics.Therefore,it is necessary to cultivate the correct labour consciousness of college students in the new era.In addition to the introduction,the discussion is developed in three main parts.The first part is the theory related to the labour consciousness of college students in the new era.It mainly discusses the connotation of labour consciousness and labour consciousness of college students in the new era,and analyses the important theoretical basis for the cultivation of labour consciousness of college students in the new era,i.e.the Marxist labour theory and the labour ideas contained in the excellent Chinese traditional culture.The second part elaborates on the current situation of labour consciousness of university students in the new era and the causes of the problems.Based on the research data of relevant scholars and the results of the questionnaire survey,this part analyses the current situation of labour consciousness and the causes of the problems among university students in the new era.It is found that the new-age university students generally have a positive and correct labour awareness,but there are still some university students who have biased labour cognition,utilitarian value orientation,negative attitude and insufficient will.To address the causes of the problems,an in-depth analysis is made from four aspects,including the cultivation of labour consciousness in universities and families,the influence of negative social views on labour,and the weakness of labour consciousness among university students themselves.The third part focuses on the path of cultivating labour consciousness among university students in the new era.In order to effectively improve the effectiveness of cultivating labor consciousness among college students in the new era,the corresponding paths are explored,mainly from four aspects: playing the key role of cultivating labour consciousness in colleges and universities,forming a social trend of glorious labour and great creation,playing the basic role of cultivating labour consciousness in families,and enhancing the consciousness of cultivating labour consciousness among university students.
