| The report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China emphasized that the comprehensive rule of law is a profound revolution in national governance,which is related to the Party’s ruling and rejuvenating the country,the well-being of the people,and the long-term stability of the Party and the country.The fourth plenary session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee clearly took "comprehensively promoting the rule of law" as the theme.The meeting stressed the need to carry forward the socialist spirit of the rule of law and build a socialist culture of the rule of law,aiming at forming a social atmosphere of honor and shame for law-abiding.In order to promote the construction of a country and a society governed by law,strengthening the spirit of the rule of law has become an important task of the times.College students are the hope and future of the motherland.As the leading figure in the construction of socialist cause,the status of college students’ spirit of rule of law not only determines the level of their legal literacy,but also has an important impact on the process of the construction of the rule of law in the country and society.Cultivating the rule of law spirit of college students is conducive to improving their rule of law literacy,maintaining social harmony and stability,and building a socialist country ruled by law.This article takes the relevant theories of the spirit of rule of law as the starting point,and takes the empirical investigation as the theoretical support,analyzes the current situation of the spirit of rule of law and its cultivation of college students in the new era,and probes into the causes behind the current situation,aiming at finding the way to improve the spirit of rule of law of college students and strengthening the spirit of rule of law of college students in the new era.This paper studies the spirit of rule of law and its cultivation of college students in the new era by means of literature research,questionnaire survey and summary.In addition to the introduction,this paper is divided into three parts.The first part expounds the relevant theories of the spirit of rule of law and its cultivation of college students in the new era.First,starting from the definition,it defines the relevant concepts of the rule of law,the rule of law spirit,and the cultivation of the rule of law spirit of college students,and then discusses the theoretical basis of the cultivation of the rule of law spirit of college students in the new era,At last,it expounds the necessity of cultivating college students’ spirit of rule of law.The second part focuses on the analysis of the current situation of college students’ spirit of rule of law and its cultivation in the new era.The current situation of college students’ spirit of rule of law is investigated in the form of a questionnaire,and the results of the questionnaire are analyzed to a certain extent.It is concluded that there are positive aspects in the spirit of rule of law of college students in the new era,but there are also some problems,such as: some college students’ concept of rule of law is not deep enough,some college students’ thinking of rule of law is not sound,some college students’ belief in the rule of law is diluted,and some college students’ compliance with the rule of law is not enough The cause of the problem is analyzed from three aspects.The third part aims to explore ways to enhance the spirit of the rule of law of college students in the new era and strengthen the spirit of the rule of law of college students.After in-depth analysis of the problems and causes of college students’ spirit of rule of law in the new era,this paper puts forward corresponding solutions from three aspects: improving the effectiveness of the cultivation of college students’ spirit of rule of law,creating a good environment for the cultivation of the spirit of rule of law,and giving full play to the main role of the self-cultivation of college students’ spirit of rule of law. |
