| Under the dual effects of economic globalization and regional economic integration,the cultivation of metropolitan area has become an important choice for every region to make regional development strategic planning.In the process of the development of metropolitan area,higher education,industry and cities all play a very important role.As subsystems of the regional development system,higher education,industry and cities adapt to each other,complement each other,cooperate with each other and promote each other,constantly exchange energy information and materials with the outside world,and finally realize the maximization of the benefits of each subsystem and the overall synergistic benefits of the three.Shenyang modern metropolitan area,as a node-zone connecting the hinterland of Northeast China and the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,is oriented to as an important gateway in Northeast Asia of the Belt and Road,it is a strategic hub area of the new development pattern of domestic and international double circulation.To explore the road of coordinated development of higher education,industry and cities in Shenyang metropolitan area and promote the coordinated development of higher education,industry and cities in Shenyang modern metropolitan area is of great significance for driving regional economic growth and improving the unbalanced,uncoordinated and unsustainable regional development.This paper firstly summarizes the connotation and internal mechanism of the coordinated development of higher education,industry and cities on the basis of synergy theory,spatial production and growth pole.Secondly,it analyzes the development status of higher education,industry and cities in Shenyang modern metropolitan area.Thirdly,through literature review and the above normative analysis,a composite system evaluation index system composed of subsystems with different attributes and characteristics of higher education,industry and cities is constructed.On this basis,entropy method and the composite system cooperation degree model are used to measure the level of coordinated development of higher education,industry and cities in Shenyang modern metropolitan area.Finally,Based on the empirical research results,the basic conclusions are summarized and relevant suggestions are put forward.The results show that:(1)There is a large gap between the development of higher education,industry and cities among the cities in Shenyang modern metropolitan area,and the development of higher education is relatively backward;(2)The development level of the composite system of higher education,industry and cities in Shenyang modern metropolitan area is constantly improving,and the development gap between the central city and other cities is large;(3)The development level and speed of higher education,industry and cities in Shenyang modern metropolitan area do not match,and the level of coordinated development is not high.In order to improve the level of coordinated development of higher education,industry and cities in Shenyang modern metropolitan area,the following suggestions are put forward according to the above analysis: optimize the allocation of higher education resources in Shenyang modern metropolitan area;Optimize the discipline structure of higher education with market demand as guidance;Through the construction of regional innovation alliance led by government,driven by university intelligence and deeply integrated by enterprises,the coordinated development of higher education,industry and cities is promoted. |
