| Under the background of the normalization of the COVID-19 epidemic,the breaking of the daily life order on campus has also led to the increasing incidence of psychological crisis among college students,which further brings a major challenge to the current social work in schools.In many psychological crisis intervention models,because of the focus on the efficiency of crisis resolution,to improve college students’ self-intervention ability and post-crisis intervention become the short board of crisis intervention.Therefore,how to solve the problem of resolving the psychological crisis of college students under the background of uncertain risks has become an important issue in the social work of schools.With the deepening of the understanding of college students’ psychological crisis in the current social science,the perspective of life course has become an important development direction of crisis intervention theory,and the link between the past and the present,micro and macro has become the focus and future trend of current academic research.Therefore,this thesis analyzes typical cases with the help of life course theory and social work professional theories and methods,and discusses the ways of social work intervention,showing the advantages of life course theory in analyzing the causes of psychological crisis,and the professionalism of social work intervention in resolving psychological crisis.To sum up the goals and methods of social work in resolving the psychological crisis of college students in different stages and reflect on the shortcomings.This thesis takes six college students who have experienced or are experiencing psychological crisis as the typical case of data acquisition,AND uses case work TO intervene a college student as the practice research example.In theoretical guidance,semi-structured interviews,case intervention,on the basis of the analysis of the psychological crisis causes dimension can be divided into internal factors and external factors of two general dimensions,and internal factors divided into physiological factors,personality factors,cognitive factors,the turning point and cumulative factors,external factors are divided into social environmental factors,school factors,family factors,and peer,The qualitative evaluation method is used to review the life course,analyze the cumulative advantages and disadvantages,and summarize the crisis resolution needs of college students.On this basis,this paper explores the intervention of social work major led by crisis intervention model,and improves the resilience of college students by dividing school goals and student goals,covering crisis prevention,crisis resolution,post-crisis intervention and beyond crisis.By analyzing the causes of college students’ psychological crisis,it can be found that social work has its own professionalism in excavating the accumulated advantages and potentials of college students.From the perspective of social work,college students’ crisis resolution can be"student-centered",and then link the past and the present.Change the wrong cognition;Develop the capacity for self-intervention;A strong determination to restart life;Inspire the determination to realize the value of life;Under the guidance of the professional value of adjusting measures to local conditions,the school can promote the formation of a relaxed and friendly atmosphere and improve the school’s emergency management ability.But in terms of the status quo of school social work development,there are still only divided not clear,shortage of professional talent team,professional social work were low,and the school for college students’psychological crisis coping strategies can meet the actual demand,lead to college students for the school to close involvement were low,low rate of turn.Think this study through the analysis of the theory of life course can make up for college students’ psychological crisis causes the lack of uniqueness and individuality,attempt from the perspective of professional social work intervention in more emphasis on the individual’s subjectivity,the matching of intervention,at the same time,social work development degree is put forward based on existing school social work students and to the excavation of traditional culture of resource utilization,Put forward the way of thinking beyond the crisis,fully proved the professional advantage of social work in it.In the era full of risks,the emphasis on life education is the anchor point of social work in the uncertain era.In the face of sudden risks,the defense line of the whole process should be established to fight against the crisis. |
