Research On Competence Evaluation And Promotion Strategy Of Gui Yang XN Middle School

At present,the education sector in my country has undergone rapid reforms,the traditional concept of education has been phased out,and the pressure of competition between schools continues to rise.For private high schools,the quality of schools due to the effects of various factors.Therefore,strategy must be paid to strengthen the strengths of the school.Schools need to analyze their own strategic developments and their characteristics,develop scientific and rigorous competitiveness plans,improve the overall quality of the school and promote the long-term development of the school.The research focused on a detailed analysis of core competence strategies.XN Junior High School is a private university.It is always based on learning,understanding,behavior and behavior.It requires students to fully understand themselves,discover their potential,discover their own interests and prosper.-Development goals through practical activities.In this study,a literature search method was selected and used to study the core competencies of XN Middle School.In this article,we will first analyze the concepts and basic competence of private junior high schools and focus on specific concepts.At the same time,we will investigate the current situation of XN,analyze the current state of core competence of Guiyang XN Junior High School,and clarify and evaluate why the core competence of Guiyang XN is relatively weak.Finally,based on the existing measures and research of Guiyang XN Middle School,we propose measures and suggestions for developing and strengthening the core competence of Guiyang XN Junior High SchoolThis paper provides the corresponding theoretical basis for the implementation and construction of the private education system,and obtains the research results of the private education system,which has an enlightening effect on the development mode of China's private education,so as to cultivate qualified middle school graduates.
