Construction Of Leadership Index System And Case Study Of Middle School Basketball Coaches

For competitive basketball,if an excellent sports team wants to maintain a benign and steady development all the year round,it not only needs to invest a lot of material resources,but also needs to have professional management personnel and excellent coaches and other human resources teams.As the leader of a team,the coach’s cognition of the development law and trend of basketball,as well as its coaching concept and leadership ability,all deeply influence the direction of the team.Among them,the leadership factors of the coaches themselves have an important influence on the management and development of the team.Campus basketball is one of the important sports of school physical education,and it is also the main channel of cultivating reserve talents of competitive basketball.The coaches of the middle school student basketball team have multiple responsibilities.In addition to doing a good job in training and competition,they should also do a good job in educating,managing and guiding people.Through long-term training,the comprehensive quality and ability of athletes,such as professional knowledge and skills,ideological and moral cultivation,values and personality quality,are continuously improved,so the leadership level of coaches is particularly important.This paper for the problem of Chinese middle school students ’coaches leadership,using literature method,interview method,observation method,delphi method,case analysis,mathematical statistics research method,the first basketball coach leadership index system,on the basis of further analysis of the index system,Shijiazhuang 2 men’s basketball coach as the case object,the leadership characteristics and leadership practice behavior is described in detail.Through the research,it aims to further enrich the theoretical knowledge system of middle school student basketball coaches and provide useful reference for the improvement of leadership ability of middle school student basketball coaches.The main results and conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)By consulting relevant literature and combining with expert questionnaire survey and hierarchical analysis,the leadership index system of middle school basketball coaches is constructed,including charisma(0.3707),prospective force(0.3869),(0.869),influence(0.1669),control force(0.1076),determination(0.0679),21 secondary indicators and 67three-level indicators.(2)Charisma,Shijiazhuang 2 men’s basketball coach to basketball education career loyalty and love,has a clear goal direction and strong sense of responsibility,especially pay attention to personal character and personal professional skills promotion,full of passion,dare to challenge,discipline,these highlights become its day after day hard work and inspire the athletes struggle for inner driving force.(3)In terms of forward-looking ability,the head coach of Shijiazhuang No.2 Middle School men’s basketball team closely followed the development trend of middle school basketball,constantly updated the leadership concept of student sports teams,and emphasized the social adaptability of the players to promote the all-round development of student sports teams.In the daily training,we can make a training plan to keep pace with The Times,integrate the team interests into the team goals,balance the relationship between the team stakeholders,create a good training atmosphere,and send a large number of high-quality students and athletes to the well-known universities in China.(4)Influence,Shijiazhuang 2 men’s basketball team coach mainly through their own leadership practice behavior of students athletes sports moral cultivation and sports professional two positive influence,can establish positive communication with players to stimulate the training motivation,and use the reasonable leadership of decentralization cultivate team responsibility consciousness,always adhere to the integration of leadership idea,cultivate the consciousness of active thinking.(5)Coaches leadership practice dimension(control): Shijiazhuang 2 men’s basketball team coach through strict and scientific and effective training means to improve the overall level of the team,strictly emphasize all practice must be combined with actual combat,and can make scientific before the game plan,after the team,in the field command can reasonable control of personal emotions,and make the effective regulation of emotion and psychological,lead the team to win.(6)In terms of decision-making,the head coach of Shijiazhuang No.2 Middle School men’s basketball Team can fully understand the personal characteristics of the team and the players,and dare to make decisive and appropriate strategic decisions at critical moments.In the special period of the team,the head coach of Shijiazhuang No.2 Middle School men’s basketball team has a keen sense of crisis and predictable decision-making ability,and finds the key to break the current situation through a positive solution.
