Education is an important guarantee for the sustainable development of a country and a nation.As educators,especially as junior high school physical education teachers,they need to constantly improve their quality and ability.At present,there are many problems in the education and teaching process of junior high physical education teachers in our country,the existence of these problems are closely related to the learning ability of junior high physical education teachers,so the training of physical education teachers is part of the solution to these problems.There are a series of problems in the training of physical education teachers,such as the lack of content and system,the uniformity of training methods,the high work pressure of junior high school physical education teachers,and the inability to study off-duty during work,which have a great resistance to the personal and professional development of junior high school physical education teachers.The training of junior middle school P.E.teachers under the concept of ubiquitous learning can effectively improve these problems,and it also provides a great development space for the training of junior middle school P.E.teachers.This study takes the design of junior high school physical education teacher training scheme under the concept of ubiquitous learning as the research object.Based on the vocational characteristics and training needs of junior high school physical education teachers,this paper collects and arranges the information of books,literature,newspapers and network resources of ubiquitous learning at home and abroad through literature data method,and combines the requirements and practical needs of junior high school physical education teacher training with the theories and methods of ubiquitous learning.Listen to the opinions and suggestions of experts through interviews;Through the Delphi method to design the junior high school physical education teacher training program under the concept of ubiquitous learning;Through questionnaire survey,we can understand the reality of junior high school physical education teacher training and teachers’ satisfaction after training.Through mathematical statistics,statistics and analysis of the data in the questionnaire and experiment process,according to the training effect of teachers to judge whether to achieve the expected goal.The main findings of this study are:(1)Through investigation,it can be found that the existing training can no longer meet the needs of schools and teachers.Schools hope to participate in professional training on the premise that teachers do not delay teaching work and spend less money;Teachers need to flexibly control their time,choose their own training content according to their strengths and weaknesses,and different needs at different stages.Based on the practical basis and theoretical basis,this study designs a junior high school physical education teacher training program that meets the above needs under the concept of ubiquitous learning.(2)Through Delphi method,this program determines the training purpose from two aspects of warming to the past and knowing the new,knowledge and novelty;According to the length of training time,determine the short-,medium-and long-term training objectives;The training is characterized by openness,autonomy and sharing.Design training environment from macro network learning,medium technology system and micro individual learning environment;Training content design includes theoretical training and technical training;From the time,place,technology,method,content and terminal ubiquitous embodiment of training form;From theory and technology,the training effect is evaluated in different periods.(3)Through the implementation of the training program,the results show that the training of junior high school P.E.teachers under the concept of ubiquitous learning can improve the theoretical knowledge level of junior high school P.E.teachers,and improve the level of ordinary performance and technical training.Through the evaluation of junior middle school physical education teachers to the training program,from the perspective of response,the overall show a good degree of satisfaction;from the perspective of learning,junior middle school physical education teachers to learn and master the teaching knowledge of a higher degree of satisfaction,however,the degree of satisfaction with teaching evaluation and research is slightly lower.From the effect level,the training program can directly and objectively improve the utilization rate of knowledge in the teaching process,but the communication satisfaction between teachers is weak.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)According to the theoretical and practical basis,junior high school physical education teachers can adopt this training program.(2)According to the needs of the physical education teachers in junior high school,this study designed a set of training scheme suitable for the development of physical education teachers in junior high school under the concept of ubiquitous learning Training program design from the training objectives,training objectives,training characteristics,training environment,training content,training form and training evaluation system analysis;The validity of the training program is evaluated by using the four-level evaluation model of Coriolis.(3)The experiment shows that the training scheme is scientific,reasonable and feasible,which provides reference and guidance for the education department to carry out the training. |
