Research purpose: Early childhood is the initial stage of growth and development,but also the sensitive period of movement development,children’s health problems are related to the future of the country.At present,the high incidence of early childhood podiatry and the younger characteristics of children’s foot health problems in front of them.High-quality early childhood sports games play an important role in early children’s healthy development.In this study,by studying the foot type characteristics of young children and establishing the foot type evaluation index of young children aged 3-6 years,And combined with the characteristics of children’s foot development,through the movement mode,game rules,scene setting,organizational arrangement and other adjustment,Targeted design to promote the development of foot and ankle function sports game program,Through the teaching intervention of sports games,the feet are changed well towards the expected goal.Reduce the incidence of abnormal foot in children,promote the development of children’s movements,improve children’s health status,and provide reference for promoting children’s foot development related research.Methods: In this study,foot-type data was collected from 600 young children(300 men and300 women)by using a 3 D foot-type scanner.Factor analysis method reduces the dimension of data and establishes the foot evaluation index.The literature data method and the questionnaire survey method were used to provide the theory basis for this research and determine the teaching scheme of sports games for young children.Through the experimental method,65 young children aged 5-6 years were selected as the experimental subjects,divided into experimental and control groups,32 people in experimental group and 33 people in control group,The experimental group used the physical education curriculum game program to promote the development of children’s foot type and foot function,while the control group adopted the traditional physical education curriculum in the kindergarten.The experimental period was 12 weeks,2 sessions per week,40 minutes per session.Before and after the experiment,both the experimental and control groups used 3 D foot scanning,And according to the established child foot type evaluation index,through the mathematical statistical method,data results before and after experiments within groups were analyzed by paired sample t-test and between different groups using independent sample t-test,with p <0.05 as significant and p <0.01 as very significant.Results:(1)Prior to the experimental intervention,the difference between the foot type index and the foot function index of the male children and the female children in the experimental group and the control group was not significant(p> 0.05),and all the data met the statistical requirements,and the experimental intervention could be carried out.(2)After the experimental intervention,the foot type index length index includes foot length,medial longitudinal arch length,heel heart part length,width index includes forepaw width,midfoot width,height index includes plantar circumference height and midfoot height,circumference index includes planatarotoe circumference,tarsal circumference,pocket heel circumference,The length of each index increased significantly compared with before the experiment(p <0.01).The length index of foot type index included foot length,medial longitudinal arch length,heel part length,metatarsal-toe circumference of the circumference index,and the length also increased compared with that before the experiment(p <0.01);The medium-foot height and the pre-experiment height were increased(p <0.05).Experimental group and control group female children foot type indicators,length indicators,including length of foot length,medial longitudinal arch length,lateral longitudinal arch length,width index including anterior mear width,medium width,foot width,both ankle width,height index including external ankle height,medial malleolus height,high plantar circumference height,foot back height,circumference index including metatarsal toe circumference,tarsal circumference,ankle circumference,The length increased significantly when compared with that before the experiment(p <0.01).(3)After the experimental intervention,the foot function index,foot arch index and ankle turnover index of the experimental group of male and female young children were significantly lower when compared with that before the experiment(p <0.01).The difference in the controls was not significant.(4)After 12 weeks of experimental intervention,After the experimental intervention,the width of the male children in the experimental group,height plantar circumference and foot height,metatarsal circumference and tarsal circumference of the height index were higher than that of the control male children after natural growth(p <0.05).After the experimental intervention,female children in the experimental group had the width,high plantarsal circumference and back of the foot,and the metatarsal circumference of the height index were higher than that of female children in the control group(p <0.05),Both ankle width and circumference and tarsal circumference length were higher than those in the control group(p<0.01).(5)After 12 weeks of experimental intervention,the male and female arch arch index and ankle turnover index were significantly lower than those of the control group(p <0.01).Research conclusion:(1)The sports game scheme designed to promote the development of children’s foot function,including:(1)naked foot foot perception;(2)forefoot running practice;(3)foot strength exercise;(4)foot balance exercise;(5)playing in minimalist shoes;and combined.(2)The established foot-type evaluation indicators for male young children include,Length index: foot length,the medial longitudinal bow is long,heel heart part long;Width index: front palm wide,medium foot wide,wide heel;Height marker: lateral malleolus height,Medial malleolus height,Middle foot height,Plantar circumference height;Circumference Index:metatarsophalangeal circumference,Tarsal circumference,Pocket heel circumference;Angle index: deflection angle of the first toe and heel angle;Evaluation indicators of foot shape of female children: Length index: foot length,medial longitudinal arch length and lateral longitudinal arch length;Width index: forefoot width,midfoot width and ankle width;Height index: lateral malleolus height,medial malleolus height,dorsalis pedis height and plantar circumference height;Circumference index: metatarsophalangeal circumference,tarsal circumference and upper ankle circumference;Angle index: deflection angle of the first toe and heel angle;(3)After 12 weeks of experimental intervention,This game scheme can effectively promote the development of their foot morphology and increase the volume of their foot muscles.It plays a positive role in promoting the arch,and it is feasible to intervene in the foot in early childhood.
