As an important part of compulsory education in junior high school,physical education and health course plays both horizontal and vertical roles in junior high school.Horizontally,it is beneficial to enrich students’ campus cultural life,enhance their physical fitness,improve their health,relax their mood and delight their emotions,and better play the role of sports in promoting moral,intellectual and aesthetic education.Vertically,it is beneficial to cultivate life skills,hone personal character inheritance and carry forward sports culture to form a good habit of lifelong sports.As the medium of good sports and health lessons,sports equipment is the basis of physical education teaching,extracurricular sports activities,sports training and related sports competitions in schools,and plays an irreplaceable role.Since the implementation of the new curriculum standards in September 2022,the importance of physical education in schools has become more and more prominent,and the research on sports equipment has attracted extensive attention from experts and scholars.In the recent five years,most of the research focused on rural areas,and many problems were found in the investigation.In some rural schools in central and western regions,there are problems of insufficient venues and equipment,and in rural schools in first-tier cities,there are many problems of insufficient types,quantities and low utilization of equipment,which to a great extent affect the quality of physical education activities and limit the development of extracurricular sports activities(including two classes and one activity).In order to promote the healthy development of physical education in Fu Yang rural junior high school and give full play to the important function of multi-effect utilization of physical equipment to improve students’ physical fitness,from the perspective of multi-effect utilization of physical equipment,this paper focuses on the investigation of the current situation of multi-effect utilization of physical equipment in Fu Yang rural junior high school and find a better application plan.In this study,32 rural junior middle schools in three districts and five counties of Fu Yang City were selected by literature,questionnaire,field interview,data analysis and logic analysis.A total of 128 teachers and 960 students conducted questionnaire survey and field interview on the PE curriculum setting,the new curriculum standard,the basic situation of teachers,the specific status quo of PE equipment and the use of multiple effects,etc.According to the survey results,corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were given to promote the development of PE teaching in rural junior middle schools in Fu Yang City.According to the present condition of physical education equipment of rural junior middle school in Fu Yang city,this paper puts forward some suggestions to make use of physical education equipment in multiple primary schools to meet the needs of physical education teaching and extra-curricular physical education activities and to develop physical education in schools.It is suggested that PE teachers and students exert creative imagination together to fully explore the function and value of other aspects of PE equipment,so as to provide a basis for the multi-effect utilization of PE equipment resources in rural junior middle schools in Fu Yang City.After the research,the following conclusions are drawn: 1.The present situation of some sports equipment in Fu Yang rural junior middle schools is worrying;2.Schools do not pay enough attention to the multi-effect utilization of sports equipment;3.Physical education teachers don’t dig deep enough for the new Curriculum Standard;4.Students have a high voice for multi-effect utilization of sports equipment;5.Defects in sports equipment management;6.Lack of teaching team to study the multi-effect utilization of sports equipment.Based on the above research,this paper puts forward the following suggestions: 1.The government should increase the investment in sports equipment;2.2.Schools should pay more attention to sports;4.Give full play to students’ subjective initiative.5.6.Create school-based courses and develop local resources. |
