If the company wants to maintain long-term operation in the market competition,it needs to formulate reasonable business strategies that adapt to market changes.In recent years,headhunting companies have flourished in China.Its main business service is to recommend senior talents to the company,including management talents and information technology personnel.In the context of rapid growth,Chinese headhunters also face fierce market competition.Large headhunters with strong overseas development momentum are also joining China.Meanwhile,the industrial concentration of several large domestic headhunters is also increasing,which brings a huge test to the existence and growth of a large number of small and medium-sized headhunters.On the basis of making a comprehensive judgment of the enterprise,the scientific formulation and implementation of the development strategy can guide the enterprise to seize the opportunity in the increasingly fierce market competition,reasonably avoid operating risks,continuously improve the competitiveness,and promote the steady and healthy development of the enterprise.In this paper,Wuhan Zhihang Ding Cloud company headhunting business as the object of analysis,mainly from the enterprise external environment,enterprise internal environment analysis Zhihang Ding cloud company headhunting business department development process deficiency,choose a suitable strategy for the development of Zhihang Ding cloud company headhunting business department:differentiation strategy.To ensure effective execution and management in perfecting the company’s management framework,reforming the enterprise structure,seizing the advantages of the company,avoiding disadvantages,seizing development opportunities,avoiding investment risks,perfecting the human capital system,perfecting the enterprise performance appraisal system,promoting the company’s modernization and strengthening the company’s culture construction,etc.Thus comprehensively enhance the comprehensive strength of headhunting companies.The paper mainly uses PEST method and Porter’s five forces model to systematically analyze the macro conditions,industry development and enterprise’s own conditions of the enterprise’s development in the headhunting field,and successively uses EFE and IFE methods to study the opportunities and risks faced by the enterprise’s growth,as well as the characteristics and defects of the company.Then,using the SWOT matrix and QSPM matrix analysis methods,the competitive strategies and methods of the company’s headhunting services are proposed.Finally,this paper gives the company’s differentiated competitive strategy and implementation guarantee measures from six aspects,such as optimizing the company’s organizational structure and strengthening the enterprise’s talent research and development capabilities.
