The research on educational efficacy is at present the hot spot of the theory of international education management.Combining with the current background and the educational system,how to improve our educational teaching efficacy is a topic of current concern.Because the school management implements the principal responsible system under the party organization leadership,the principal’s teaching leadership is regarded as one of the main factors that can improve the school educational efficacy.However,with the in-depth development of distribution theory and power sharing and other concepts,the research on teaching leadership gradually began to move down the level and transfer the subject,and the current research focus has changed to explore the relationship between teachers’ teaching leadership and school effectiveness.Based on the current hot spots and focal points,this study proposes the basic research hypothesis: Teachers’ teaching leadership affects school educational effectiveness through teachers’ collective effectiveness.The subjects were primary and high school teachers,and the samples were collected from Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture in Sichuan Province,Panzhihua and some cities in Hebei Province.Questionnaire Star system was used in this study to produce,distribute and retrieve questionnaires,and structural equation model AMOS26 was adopted to construct and verify the models and hypotheses.The hypotheses included H1: Teachers’ teaching leadership can affect teachers’ collective efficacy;H2: Teachers’ collective efficacy can affect school educational efficacy;H3: Teachers’ teaching leadership can affect school educational effectiveness;H4: Teachers’ teaching leadership influences school educational efficacy through the mediating role of teachers’ collective efficacy,and tests the mediating role of teachers’ collective efficacy.Statistical software SPSS26 is used for statistical analysis of sample data.The results show that teachers’ teaching leadership has a significant impact on teachers’ collective effectiveness.Teachers’ collective efficacy has significant influence on school educational efficacy,H2 is established;Teachers’ teaching leadership can directly affect school educational effectiveness,and the influence is significant,H3 is established.Teachers’ collective efficacy plays a partial mediating role between teachers’ teaching leadership and school educational efficacy,and H4 is established.Through the analysis of the research conclusions,three suggestions are put forward.In the aspect of teachers’ teaching leadership,three ways are given,that is,fully respect teachers’ professional autonomy,change the school administration mode;For teachers teaching reasonable allocation of resources and improve the treatment of teachers,improve the working environment of teachers.In the aspect of teachers’ collective efficacy,three kinds of cultivation methods are proposed,namely,encouraging individualized teaching,advocating teachers’ cooperation and creating a good teaching and learning atmosphere in schools.Three strategies are proposed to improve the school’s educational effectiveness,that is,to help teachers grow in an all-round way,to actively strive for effective educational resources and to build a good social image.
