Research purposes: This study through the traditional natural recovery, recovery and lowerlimb negative pressure-atmospheric pressure fast recovery tank effect between three differentrecovery methods validation, discusses on the same fatigue mode, the different ways to restoremuscle oxygen content in the process of change and the law, and before and after the recovery ofblood lactic acid, creatine kinase (CK), and other indicators of change and correlationcomparison, to the lower limb negative pressure-atmospheric quick recovery tank is helpful toaccelerate the athletes physical recovery effect, for our country’s competitive sports to provide amore effective means of recovery.Research content: The main content of this study is to adopt large intensity strengthtraining and cadence POWERMAX-two fatigue VII power cycle training exercise to exhaustion,and then recover the different recovery method, namely into the tank to restore, restoretraditional artificial massage jogging (15min and15min) and the rest (static) of natural recoveryand according to the intensity of cuhk fatigue after training immediately,30min after immediaterecovery, immediately after12h,24h after immediate blood lactic acid, creatine kinase (CK),blood urea nitrogen (BUN), and other indicators, as well as the recovery process of the change ofthe muscle oxygen content were analyzed, and explore the athletes under the effect of differentways of recovery of physical recovery conditions and comparison, to verify whether lower limbnegative pressure-atmospheric quick recovery tank is beneficial to accelerate the athletesphysical recovery, for our country athlete’s physical ability quickly recover to add a new way.Results:1) The recovery10min,30min group into the tank to restore muscle tissueoxygenation hemoglobin concentration increment (Δ CHbO2) significantly higher than that ofnatural recovery group (p <0.05), and between5min and10minΔ CHbO2is on the rise, while thetraditional recovery group of muscular tissue Δ CHbO2no significant higher than natural recoverygroup (p>0.05);2) late recovery process the change of the muscle oxygen into the recoveryeffect of tank recovery tank group and traditional group was almost the same, and obviouslybetter than natural recovery group (p <0.01).3) recovered instantly relevant index change: noobvious difference was found between heart rate and subjective fatigue feeling.4) recovery afterrelated indicators in different way, in the30min into tank recovery or traditional immediately after recovery, the subjects blood lactic acid were significantly compared with the naturalrecovery (P <0.05).5) immediately after12h, and there were30min after the recovery ofimmediately after24h of creatine kinase (CK) and the change of blood urea nitrogen (BUN),into the tank to restore or traditional recovery group compared with natural recovery group CKhave significant (P <0.05).Research conclusion:1) The muscle oxygen content changes, according to the curve intothe tank recovery group and traditional group have the same effect, but better than naturalrecovery group, three ways to restore haemoglobin concentration change was no significantdifference in the process.2) At the beginning of the resume, fast recovery tank the advantage ofthis early quickly restore muscle oxygen content can be well applied in actual combat game, suchas weight lifting takes a break a short time.3) Blood lactic acid value indicators and into the tankrecovery set of quick recovery and regeneration of fitness has good effect, the traditionalrecovery times, the worst of natural recovery.4) CK indicators suggest that massage into the tankrecovery and recovery at the beginning of the recovery effect than natural recovery. As theextension of recovery, entering the cabin in the CK in recovery group and the traditionalrecovery group showed a trend of declining, and the recovery effect, rather than the massageback into the tank to restore, natural recovery effect is the worst.5) Lower limb negativepressure, normal pressure recovery tank is uniform in the whole recovery process,synchronization, etc., more conducive to blood circulation and lymphatic system, blood lacticacid, creatine kinase decomposition and the improvement of function of blood capillary, such asfor the athletes’ physical quickly recover provides a new approach, has a broad applicationprospect.6) Most athletes can accept lower limb negative pressure-atmospheric quick recoverytank, and the operation is simple, and easy to understand.
