Research objective: In the teaching of three-point shooting technology of college basketball special courses,basketball special students generally have low 3-point shooting shooting rate and show lack of shooting confidence when learning.Therefore,this study combines the physical and mental characteristics with the characteristics of basketball students and the rules of basketball sports,and explores the influence of PETTLEP representation training method on the three-point shooting performance and shooting confidence of basketball students.In addition,it can further enrich the existing theoretical research system of PETTLEP representation training method.Research methods: This study adopts the literature method,questionnaire survey,experiment and SPSS data analysis method,the college basketball special three shooting for 16 weeks of teaching experiment research,experimental group using PETTLEP representation training method,control group using conventiona l 3-point training method,using SPSS24.0 data processing system of experimental group and control group of the test data difference analysis before,during and after the corresponding conclusions.Research results:(1)Reery training improves the accuracy and proficiency of individual technical movements through the shaping of individual movements.At the same time,stimulating the sensitivity of the individual to the shot and drop point,improving the ability to control the ball between nerves and muscles,and helping the individual to control the strength and Angle of the shooting when shooting.It can be proved from the three-point shooting rate of five points before and after the experimental class experiment.(2)Imagery training mainly includes visual imagery and auditory imagery,both of which are of great benefit to the mobilization and stimulation of individual motor potential.Visual imagery and auditory imagery complement each other and improve the level of motor self-confidence.Using video,the decomposition of pictures,correct action demonstration and language interpretation of three action of visual and auditory representation strengthening training,practice methods,create a good training atmosphere,stimulate the sports enthusiasm,reduce the pressure of the students in shooting training,so as to improve the students’ shooting confidence,at the same time,with the rising shooting percentage,for the students next three-point shooting confidence promotion has great effect.Conclusion: For college basketball special students three shooting technology teaching using PETTLEP representation training method can significantly improve students’ three-point shooting and three-point confidence,and PETTLEP representation training method compared with conventional three-point basketball teaching method can better mobilize students’ body senses to participate in learning,and in improving the students’ learning and enthusiasm of initiative is unique.Research suggests:In the teaching of three-point shooting technology,teachers should emphasize the details of the upper and lower limbs of the three-point shooting,and in the normal action,the command should be simple,loud and clear,so that students can form a deep three-point shooting appearance.Good at using multimedia technology to stimulate students to participate in various senses and skills learning.To create a good and relaxed learning environment for students,stimulate their enthusiasm and initiative in the learning process,and at the same time,we should correctly treat the differences between students,guide them step by step,teach students in accordance with their aptitude,improve students’ satisfaction and recognition of teachers,so as to improve the teaching quality of the class. |
