At the beginning of 2020,the new crown epidemic broke out and swept the world, and China relied on big data technology, cloud computing and artificial intelligence to achieve efficient "digital epidemic prevention",and the results of anti-epidemic were obvious to all.The digitalization of epidemic prevention and control is mainly manifested in the digitization of personal information acquisition, the digitization of personal behavior trajectories, the digitization of epidemic traceability, the digitization of patient medical data sharing, and the digitization of early warning prevention and control information dissemination, which enables rapid processing and transmission of epidemicrelated information, providing effective guidance for epidemic prevention and control. However,on the other hand, personal information is deeply collected and used,if such personal privacy information is not safely controlled and used reasonably,it will cause the problem of information leakage of confirmed cases, especially during the digital epidemic prevention period, the fear caused by suddenness and unknown will further catalyze the individual’s demand for information.During the digital epidemic prevention period, information leakage incidents occurred frequently, and even caused chain reactions such as "human flesh search",and online public opinion continued to ferment and expand in the public’s panic, seriously interfering with the normal life of confirmed cases and bringing physical and psychological harm to confirmed cases.Based on the special social background of digital epidemic prevention, this study intends to sort out the specific form, content and rhythm of information disclosure during the new crown epidemic, information disclosure is closely related to their own health, the health of relatives and friends, and the objects of personal trajectory information and identity information disclosure are the people of the whole country, and explore the privacy concerns brought by the disclosure of personal trajectory information to young people in this special situation. In this study, the young user group was observed and analyzed through questionnaire survey and in-depth interview, assisted data analysis through SPSS and AMOS software, defined the research variables in combination with planned behavior theory and privacy computing theory, and conducted reliability and validity analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis, and finally the model was tested by AMOS.Empirical results show that the online privacy concerns of young users have increased compared with the background of normalization.Subjective norms and rights protection have a significant negative effect on the privacy concerns of young users, while sensitive information and information acquisition have no significant impact on the online privacy concerns of young people.Through the correlation test of each variable,it is found that subjective norms are significantly correlated with privacy concerns, rights protection and privacy concerns, rights protection and subjective norms, and subjective norms and information acquisition.Among them, subjective norms and privacy concerns were moderately correlated, rights protection and privacy concerns were moderately correlated, rights protection and subjective norms were moderately correlated, and subjective norms and information access were weakly correlated. Finally, according to the research results, optimization suggestions are proposed to put forward rights protection and subjective norms on the privacy concerns of young Internet users, and optimization suggestions are put forward from the aspects of privacy information management, optimization of network environment, legal publicity and legal awareness cultivation,in order to reduce the negative impact of online privacy concerns on social governance, eliminate the network environment, and reduce the burden of epidemic prevention work for public health emergencies. |
