The problem of population aging in China has led to a rapid increase in the number of patients with chronic diseases.Together with the current situation of tight medical resources in China,it has promoted the vigorous development of online healthy communities. With the rapid development of Internet technology, the online health community has become an important and effective medium for people to access health information and medical information services. The online health community provides an open platform for patients with chronic diseases to acquire medical knowledge, share experiences and express emotional emotions. At the same time,it can also meet the social needs of users, and users can communicate with each other. In the online health community, users participate in community activities by posting, replying, sharing experiences, and adding friends. The online participation behavior of users is the basis for the existence and development of online health communities. Therefore,it is of great practical significance to explore the factors that promote the privacy disclosure behavior of online healthy community users.Based on this, this paper mainly explores the influence mechanism of individual characteristics of online healthy community users, others' attention and self-participation on users' privacy disclosure behavior.Based on the theory of social penetration, this paper divides the user's privacy disclosure behavior into disclosure breadth and depth, and quantifies it by manual labeling.By combing and summarizing a large number of related literatures, this paper analyzes the content of "Sweet Home" users and divides them into eight categories:demographic information(including age, gender, height, weight),knowledge and life sharing, diet and exercise, medical instruments, medical history and illness descriptions, complications, emotions and communication information.According to the information sensitivity of the uers' posting content, the above eight categories are classified into low sensitive information and high sensitive information.Among them,low-sensitivity information includes knowledge and life sharing, diet and exercise, and medical instruments;high-sensitivity information includes demographic information(including age, gender, height, weight, etc.),medical history and illness description, complications, emotions, and communication information.Based on the theory of communication privacy management, this paper divides the criteria for user's privacy rules into core standards and catalyst standards. The core standards include gender, age and community level of users. In the division of catalyst standards, the catalyst standards of this paper are innovative.Divided into two aspects:the degree of attention of others(number of friends and space visits)and self-participation(number of posts and online timing). This paper uses the users' data of "sweet home" in the online health community, taking diabetes as an example, and establishes a model of users' privacy disclosure mechanism to explore the influence of individual characteristics, attention of others and self-participation on their privacy disclosure behaviors.Through hypothesis, model building, data analysis and model validation,we obtained the following conclusions:In the online health community, the breadth of privacy disclosure of female users is significantly higher than that of male users. The higher the level of users, the greater the breadth of disclosure;the number of friends and the number of-posts of users have a positive impact on the breadth of disclosure of health information. In summary, the research findings of this paper provide a theoretical basis for the development of online healthy communities and can promote users' privacy disclosure behaviors. The online health community can start from two aspects of attention and self-participation to promote users' privacy disclosure behaviors. At the same time, this article also provides suggestions for the improvement of the online health comlmunity,to protect the user's personal information and improve the community's privacy policy.
