Research On The Cultivation Of Labor Values Of Youth From The Perspective Of Human Modernization

In the process of building a socialist modern country in China,the modernization of man has become an increasingly important part.Labor is the corroboration of the essential power of man,the source of creating social wealth and an important way to realize comprehensive human development,and the ultimate point of human modernization is also the all-round development of human.Labor values are not only an important part of human values,but also the core content of labor education.Correct labor values can guide people to make correct value judgments and value choices,to engage in positive labor behavior,to enhance people’s labor literacy,and to make them love and respect labor,which is also a trait that a modern people need to possess.Youth is a crucial period in the establishment of a person’s values,and education on labor values during this period can achieve twice the result with half the effort.By cultivating correct labor values in young people,we can help them to establish a correct view of labor,actively participate in labor practices,develop good labor habits and form the traits needed for a modern person,so as to promote the modern development of young people.Based on the needs of human development in the new era and with the goal of promoting modern human development,Thesis explores the cultivation of youth labor values.Thesis is divided into five main sections.The first part is the introduction,which introduces the practical background on which the topic is based,the theoretical and practical significance of the study,sorts out the relevant research results at home and abroad,introduces the research ideas and the research methods used in this study,and points out the innovative points of this study.The second part is an explanation of basic concepts,systematically sorting out the basic connotations and characteristics of human modernization,defining the connotations of labor,values and labor values,and exploring the dialectical relationship between human modernization and the cultivation of labor values,human modernization provides the target direction for the cultivation of labor values,and the establishment of correct labor values is an inherent requirement for human modernization.The third part discusses the ideological origins and goals of youth labor value development.The ideology of labor of classic Marxist writers,the ideology of labor of the Communist Party of China leadership and the ideology of labor in China’s excellent traditional culture provide the ideological basis for the cultivation of youth labor values.The training objectives are developed in three main dimensions,namely,cognitive,affective,and behavioral objectives,in order to clarify the contingency of youth labor value development.The fourth part is an empirical analysis of the current state of youth labor values.The author distributed questionnaires to high school and junior high school students in Sichuan Province and interviewed their parents and teachers.Through the analysis of the questionnaire data and interview cases,it is concluded that the labor values of adolescents on the whole present a positive state,but there are still some problems,mainly manifested in: the tendency of superficiality in the cognition of labor values,the tendency of utilitarianism in the choice of labor values,the tendency of negativity in labor dynamics,and lack of innovation and the rule of law.Through the analysis of the influencing factors,the main reasons for the existence of problems are the following: Firstly,schools do not adequately implement labor education;Secondly,parents have wrong perceptions of labor and labor education methods;Thirdly,the impact of the reality of unbalanced and insufficient social development,the impact of negative thinking and technological advances on labor values;Fourthly,teenagers have a weak sense of labor.The fifth part proposes countermeasures based on the problems and causes of youth labor values.The cultivation of youth labor values is a systematic project,which should integrate the resources of all parties and unite their strengths to make concerted efforts to educate people.Firstly,schools,as the main venue for the cultivation of youth work values,should actively create an atmosphere of work on campus,strengthen teachers,develop practical resources,and make a good connection between home and school,so as to form a synergy of education;Secondly,the family is a fundamental force in the development of labor values,parents should change their concept of labor,update their education methods,and create a family atmosphere that respects labor;Thirdly,in the social environment,the government,mainstream media,universities,enterprises and other bodies should each do their part to create a multi-linked education field;Finally,youth should take initiative and strengthen self-education.
