| With the current development of the information age,the awareness of individuality among college students,mainly the "post-00s",is becoming keener and keener.Ideological and political education in China’s higher education institutions ought to keep abreast of the times and innovate personalized ideological and political education paths in order to better turn them into hearts and minds,and more significantly boost the effectiveness of the ideological and political education and nurture the youth’s inventiveness.This thesis on the main line of " modernizing the personalized practical path of ideological and political culture in colleges and universities",and research on the personalized practical path of ideological and political culture in higher education from the practical stage,in an attempt to make ideological and political education in upper education more warm,heartfelt and more appealing.The theoretical foundation of the text is laid by the Marxist theory of the actual human being and society,the socialization and individualization of the human being,the free and fully developing human being,and the link of the individual and the common nature;the personalized education ideas of Mao Zedong,Deng Xiaoping,Jiang Zemin,Hu Jintao and Xi Jinping in the Marxist theory of Chinese transformation,and the combined path of individualized ideological and social education practice in higher education.It is anticipated that the study of this essay will be used to enhance the effectively of ideological and political education in higher education by innovating a personalized practice path for ideological and political education in higher education.On the foundation of the meanings,natures and features of the individualized practical path of ideological and political education in higher education,the dilemmas faced by the individualized practical path of ideological and political education in higher education are being analyzed through the literature research method,the literature investigation method and the comparison analysis method,such as the conventionalization of education concept,the assimilation of education materials,the passive teaching methodology and the singularization of teaching assessment.The factors were explained from the four angles of educators,educational objects,the building of the tutor and head teacher teams,and the overall school.The teachers were insufficient to fulfil the students’ demand for their individual development;the recipients had a distorted perception of the personalization of the ideological and political education;the construction of the tutor and head teacher teams needed to be advanced further;and the school overlooked the formation of the individuality of the students.At last,the four dimensions of the dilemma are analyses in collaboration with the four aspects of the reasons for the personalized practice path of ideological and political education in higher education.The educators must adequately master the pupils’ individual development requirements in teaching them to their own abilities;continually engage in training and self-learning in the implementation of modern techniques;and be proactive in refining their own personal characteristics.Those who are educated will be expected to form a well-rounded personality and to switch from learning passively to learning actively.Give high priority to the function of the guidance personnel and teacher team to facilitate the individualization practice of the ideological and political education in higher education;refine the selective and recruitment system and the matchmaking work of the counsellor and director;and enhance the integral high-quality of the guardians and class teachers.The entire school should be optimized for a flexible setting for personalization of college thought and political education;a professional team for individualized practice of college thought and polity education should be formed;and the maximal latent benefit of new modern technology combined with customized practice of college thought and political education should be brought into full play. |
