Optimizing the pattern of collaborative education in colleges and universities and promoting the collaborative innovation of ideological and political education practice in colleges and universities are important aspects of promoting the reform of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.The proposal and development of "Curriculum Ideology and Politics" and " Great ideological and political course " indicate the development direction of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,promoting the coordinated education of the whole society is an important practical task for the development of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,Practice education is an important starting point for the reform and development of ideological and political education,and there are many practical difficulties in the practice of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the current situation of collaborative education in ideological and political education practice in colleges and universities,deeply analyze the existing problems,put forward and improve the path of collaborative education,and improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education practice,so as to meet the needs of college students’ growth and cultivate high-quality talents with all-round development.To promote the construction of collaborative education in the practice of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,we must pay attention to the reality of the practice of ideological and political education.First of all,this study studies the synergistic factors of ideological and political education practice in colleges and universities,analyzes the policy documents and university cases by using grounded theory,explores the synergistic factors in the practice process of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,constructs the framework of synergistic factors,and puts forward the research hypothesis of synergistic factors and the effectiveness of collaborative education.Secondly,through questionnaires,we understand the reality of collaborative education in ideological and political education practice in colleges and universities,and through empirical analysis,we verify that the five collaborative elements of collaborative training objectives,collaborative practice teams,collaborative practice resources,collaborative practice platforms and collaborative guarantee mechanisms have a significant positive impact on the effectiveness of collaborative education.In combination with the questionnaire and interview data,the influencing factors are analyzed in detail.The collaborative education of ideological and political education practice in colleges and universities is not highly valued,and the collaborative planning of practical activities is insufficient;The vertical management of the practice team and the lack of experience in carrying out collaborative activities;The integration of social resources mining is insufficient,and the form of resource utilization is relatively single;The construction of practice base is not perfect,and the construction of network platform is not mature;The multi-evaluation mechanism is not perfect,and the incentive innovation of practical activities is insufficient.These influencing factors restrict the formation of a good situation of collaborative education in the ideological and political education practice in colleges and universities.Based on the analysis of the current situation and influencing factors,Propose targeted improvement path.Finally,the study believes that the collaborative education path to improve the practice of ideological and political education in colleges and universities can be proposed from the following aspects.To implement the goal of collaborative training,it is necessary to strengthen the goal orientation of collaboration and consistency,improve the top-level design of the practice system;To enhance the coordination of practice teams,we should improve the centralized and unified leadership organization,strengthen organizational coordination and departmental cooperation,strengthen the joint efforts of educating people,and pay attention to coordination with external organizations of schools;To optimize the utilization of practical resources,it is necessary to improve the utilization ability of practical resources,innovate the utilization of characteristic practical resources,and promote the diversified integration of practical content;To build a multi-dimensional integration and cooperation platform,we should improve the campus practice platform,improve the virtual practice platform and make good use of the practice teaching base of "Great Ideological and Political Course";To improve the cooperative guarantee mechanism,we should optimize the cooperative education process guarantee mechanism,incentive guarantee mechanism and multiple evaluation mechanism.Therefore,the collaborative education of ideological and political education in colleges and universities follows the principle of collaborative innovation,strengthens the collaborative cooperation among schools,families and society,improve the collaborative element system of practical education in colleges and universities,and improve the level of collaborative education in colleges and universities.
