| In recent years,people’s quality of life has improved significantly,consumption habits have also undergone major changes,and consumers’ demand for fresh products has become increasingly diversified and enriched,especially in terms of fruit product quality.In order to further meet the diversified requirements of consumers in many aspects such as fruit quality and fruit juice products,fruit suppliers should not only deliver timely,but also do a good job in product marketing and innovation through a variety of ways.As a result,complex work and long working hours have gradually become a significant feature of the entire industry.Company D is this article’s research object.Through recent five years’ analysis on the turnover rate,it shows that the turnover rate of employees continues to increase.Based on this,the reasons for employee turnover were analyzed.It shows that work pressure and family reasons are the main factors leading to employees’ resignation,accounting for 72%,of which work pressure and family reasons account for 37% and35%.Due to the long working hours,high work intensity,fast pace,etc.,employees are unable to balance work and life,so they choose to leave.Based on the above background,this article sorts out and summarizes the relevant literature of work-family relationship,introduces the relevant scale to design a questionnaire survey for company D’s employees from four dimensions: family and work relationship,family and work balance policy,work mentality and unit commitment.The survey results show that company D’s level of work-family conflict exceeds the level of work-family promotion,employees with higher work engagement are more pronounced in work-family conflict.The work-family contradiction has a negative correlation with work satisfaction,emotional promise and economic promise,and has a negative correlation with the resignation intention;There was a positive correlation between workfamily balanced human resource management policy,work satisfaction and work-family promotion,while work satisfaction resignation intention showed a negative correlation.Based on the above research and analysis status,In accordance with domestic and foreign policies on work-family balance,and then combines the management level of company D from many aspects such as working process,working hours,corporate culture,employee assistance,so as to help company D better carry out employee management,reduce the work pressure of employees,properly solve the conflict between work and family,improve employees’ sense of gain and happiness,and achieve work family balance. |
