Survey Report On Work-family Balance Of Female Teachers In YY Vocational Education Center

In recent years,the vocational education industry has entered a golden age with the promulgation of the 20 rules of vocational education.With strong support from the state and high job security,female teachers at the YY Vocational Education Center are generally not happy.After a survey of female teachers,the author found that one of the main reasons for the low level of happiness among female teachers is the lack of work-family balance.Early work-family studies focused on the negative aspects of both,namely,Work-Family Conflict.With the development of research,it is found that work-family has a positive effect on each other,the concept of Work-Family Balance was born.And the emergence of Work--Family Border/Boundary makes people learned to treat the interaction between work and family with an integrated view.This paper summarize the above three theories first,and then collect and sort out the work-family status data of female teachers through questionnaires,in-depth interviews and analysis of the results,to analyze their levels of work support,family support,work and family conflict,so as to accurately analyze the causes of their work-family conflict.According to the research,the author found that female teachers born in the 1990 s have a higher level of family support,but their work pressure is higher;female teachers born in the 1980 s have more demands in their work field and family field,resulting in a high level of work-family conflict;female teachers born in the 1970 s generally have a low level of work-family conflict and female teachers born in the 1960 s shift their focus to the care of grandchildren.Finally,based on the actual situation of female teachers in the school,including policy support,spouse and family support,and combining the work-family balance practice at home and abroad,the author provides some solutions for the school’s female teachers to seek work-family balance.
