Personality education is the core of all-round development education and quality education.It is an important measure to implement the fundamental task of "Building Morality and cultivating people" and cultivate students’ socialist core values.The adolescence of junior middle school students is the key period of personality development.Chinese discipline contains rich personality education materials and plays a natural advantage in personality education for junior middle school students.However,at the same time,in the existing literature and practical practice,Chinese teachers lack a programmatic and principled guiding element of personality education as follow and reference in the teaching process.Therefore,it is an urgent problem to explore and establish the core element of personality education in junior middle school Chinese teaching.In order to make the inquiry more scientific,we must be based on the combination advantages of Chinese education and personality education,the personality development characteristics of junior middle school students and the standard of sound personality.Moreover,under the background of the new socialist era,our personality education should also conform to the trend of the times and cultivate talents who meet the purpose of socialist education.In addition,after establishing the theoretical basis,we should combine the front-line education and teaching experience in order to draw a conclusion of practical significance.Based on the above discussion,it is concluded that the core elements of personality education in junior middle school Chinese teaching are divided into four aspects: clear cognition,evaluation of value,standardization of behavior and sustainable development.In the specific implementation,we should also aim at some typical personality education problems existing in both sides of teaching.As the leader of teaching,teachers play a key role in the implementation of the core elements of personality education.Therefore,junior middle school Chinese teachers should consciously take the cultivation of students’ spirit and personality as a long-term pursuit,and set an example by changing their ideas;Increase knowledge and broaden vision;Dig deep into resources and innovate models;Paying attention to research and learning and based on practice;Based on development,multi-dimensional evaluation equation and other aspects to improve and perfect,and effectively cultivate and shape students’ personality.
