The healthy generation of the ethical personality is the foundation stone of life, it is the ethics of a man for the "adult" basic quality.Ethical personality education is the guide to become a critical means of the "adults", but the current high school teaching coupled with the social environment, family education, failed to take up the important task of training ethical personality, this led to high school students the ethics personality weakening. If want to change this situation, it is need for education to play its educational function in educating function ethical personality.In the school education system, course is the concrete and the best way to develop the ethics personality, that integrates subject of teaching.The language course is the very course of human nature, that contains a wealth of ethical personality educational content, it should bear the burden of ethical personality education.Ethics personality education is not only the traditional Chinese language education, the world all other countries also pay attention to language teaching on the cultivation of students’ethical personality.And,Chinese course nature, curriculum and course goals determine that Chinese teaching must cultivate students’ ethical personality. Chinese ethical personality education includes two aspects:personality and moral education and virtue personality education. Moral personality education is the basic content of the ethical personality education; virtue of personality education is the sublimation of the ethical personality education. Chinese courses expand the ethical character education must follow the basic requirements of the intellectual, aesthetic, and apply what they learn. Chinese course on ethics education, must follow the basic requirements of the wisdom, aesthetic, and apply what they learn. Chinese courses bear ethics education; it should have its specific stage requirements in the training content and the task. The high school Chinese courses’implement ethics education, its overall goal is to train the students’ healthy and ethical practice ability; the basic task is to develop the students’ ethical emotional attitude and ethical values, ethics.. The implementation of ethical personality education of high school Chinese courses have three basic requirements: First, respond to education development of modern human beings exist, to the person’s overall requirements; Second, Put it at the point of the contemporary human existence to the development of education; Third, focus on the unity of knowing and doing.Based on the above requirements, the paper first perspectives the ethical personality of the current high school students, analyses the personality defect caused by high school students ethics multidimensional reasons, and reveals the high school stage to the implementation of the urgency of the ethical personality education (Chapter1). On this basis, from ancient Chinese and foreign, respectively, cut into the multi-dimensional view, focuses on how high school Chinese may be ethical personality education of high school of the basic way and the best course way(Chapter2); And then specifically explain the implementation of ethics personality training target task to the high school language courses(Chapter3); as standards and requirements, respectively, interpret the teaching of reading, teaching writing, oral communication teaching,the elective course teaching, language evaluation model ethical personality training and education for the implementation of the path (Chapter4) and method of operation (Chapter5) in order to achieve the inherent unity of the theoretical thinking and practice.
