Abstract/Summary:
In recent years,the physical fitness and health status of adolescents have continued to decline,and social attention has continued to rise.The country has successively issued the "Opinions on Strengthening School Physical Education to Promote the Comprehensive Development of Students’ Physical and Mental Health" and the "Notice on Further Strengthening the Management of Physical and Mental Health of Primary and Secondary School Students",in order to avoid the low level of physical fitness module courses currently carried out,slow down the phenomenon of single training methods in traditional teaching,achieve better self planning of physical exercise for students,and cultivate awareness of lifelong physical education.Therefore,clarifying the relationship between Cross Fit training and endurance quality,exploring the effectiveness of Cross Fit training on endurance quality of middle school students,is of urgent practical significance for enriching physical education teaching methods and finding more efficient and convenient endurance quality teaching methods.By using the methods of literature review,expert interview,experiment,mathematical statistics,etc.,through summarizing and commenting on the research background and previous research status of junior high school students’ endurance quality,and obtaining the suggestions of relevant experts,the Cross Fit training method and the conventional endurance training method were used to conduct 27 class hours of training experiments on the experimental subjects,and the test items included 400 m run,1min sit ups,plank,1000 m boys,800 m girls,Compare the changes in aerobic endurance,anaerobic endurance,and strength endurance indicators between the two classes,and finally analyze the experimental results of training to prove the advantages and disadvantages of Cross Fit training method and conventional endurance training.Provide scientific basis and reference value for the country to develop more efficient and convenient endurance quality teaching methods and diversified physical education teaching methods in the future.Research results:In terms of anaerobic endurance and strength endurance,the experimental group is more significant than the control group in improving 400 m and 1min sit ups and plank performance of junior high school students.In terms of aerobic endurance,the performance improvement of the control group at 800 m and 1000 m was higher than that of the experimental group.Research conclusion:1、 Through the experimental results,it can be seen that the Cross Fit training method has significantly improved the 400 m running performance of middle school students,and has a greater impact on the anaerobic endurance quality of girls.At the same time,it is more suitable than traditional endurance training methods to improve the anaerobic endurance quality of middle school students.2、 The traditional endurance training method improves junior high school students’ vital capacity,1000 m,800m and other long-distance running performance more significantly than Cross Fit training method,but the traditional endurance training method does not improve anaerobic endurance and strength endurance significantly.3、 Cross Fit training method is a very effective training method,which can significantly improve the performance of junior high school students’ one minute sit up and plank.The improvement of dynamic and static endurance quality of boys is greater,and it has great advantages in improving junior high school students’ dynamic strength and endurance quality.4、 Compared with traditional endurance training methods,Cross Fit training focuses more on comprehensiveness and comprehensiveness,especially in improving the static strength endurance quality of middle school students.Through Cross Fit training,the performance of plank is significantly improved,which is very helpful for the development of junior high school students’ static strength endurance.Research results:In terms of anaerobic endurance and strength endurance,the experimental group is more significant than the control group in improving 400 m and 1min sit ups and plank performance of junior high school students.In terms of aerobic endurance,the performance improvement of the control group at 800 m and 1000 m was higher than that of the experimental group.Suggestion:1、 Considering the individual differences of each individual,it is recommended to arrange the load and intensity reasonably in Cross Fit training,and control a certain interval time.2、 The Cross Fit training method is simple and easy to implement,with low requirements for venue and equipment.It is recommended that students choose the training method suitable for their own situation.3、 Students with weak anaerobic and strength endurance foundations are recommended to use Cross Fit training.4、 The use of Cross Fit training methods should be comprehensively considered based on factors such as sports foundation,teaching content,and students’ actual situation,in order to better improve the endurance quality and healthy behavior of middle school students.Although this article proves that the Cross Fit training method has a good effect on improving the endurance quality of middle school students,there are still some shortcomings.For example,only 80 first year students were selected as the experimental subjects,and the training intensity and amount were basically the same.However,there is still a possibility of bias in the research results.In addition,the impact of Cross Fit training selected in this article on endurance quality indicators has not been systematically studied due to limitations in other physical fitness and physiological and biochemical indicators.However,the research results indicate that Cross Fit training can effectively improve the endurance quality of middle school students.These shortcomings will be the direction of future research.
