| Purpose: The effects of different stretching combinations on the explosiveness of primary school students’ lower limbs under different delays,6 min and 12 min were discussed.Methods: In this study,based on extensive reading of relevant literature and expert interviews,29 subjects from Yishan Central Primary School in Guanyun County,Lianyungang City were randomly divided into four groups and carried out The tensile intervention of four preheating methods of dynamic stretching,active separation stretching,dynamic stretching + active separation stretching,and active separation stretching + dynamic stretching was designed with repeated measurements,and all subjects jogged for 5 minutes,four stretching plans were randomly carried out and the standing long jump results were tested twice immediately after the intervention,6 minutes and 12 minutes,and the highest value was recorded.Results: Dynamic stretching + active split stretching(DS+AIS)6min and 12 min vertical long jump results after intervention were better than before intervention,and 6min results were better than instant results(P<0.05);The results of active separation stretching + dynamic stretching(AIS+DS)were better than those before intervention,and the results of6 min long jump were best(P<0.05);After dynamic stretching(DS)intervention,the results of 6min and 12 min were better than those before intervention,and the results of 6min were the best,followed by 12min(P<0.05);Immediately after the active separation stretching intervention,the 6 min performance was better than before the intervention,and the 6min performance was the best(P<0.05)。Compared with other stretching methods,the 6min time node and dynamic stretching(DS)had the best results(P<0.05);The long jump performance after 12 min time node and dynamic stretching(DS)intervention was better than that of active separation stretching(AIS)intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Dynamic stretching,active separation stretching and two combination stretching have different degrees of promotion effects on the standing long jump performance of primary school students,and dynamic stretching has a better impact on long jump performance.2.The effect of stretching exercises on standing long jump is delayed,and the effect is best about six minutes after the intervention of stretching exercises. |
