The integration of physical activity courses is an important way for children with disabilities to integrate into the collective early, but at present, the conditions for many kindergartens in China to carry out courses are not mature, and it is difficult to meet the needs of children with disabilities to participate in the curriculum without barriers. The study presents the current situation, existing problems and reasons of the integrated physical activity curriculum of six kindergartens in Nanjing through the literature method, survey method and mathematical statistics method, and provides an optimization path starting from external guarantee and internal support,so as to strengthen the government, kindergartens, teachers, parents and scholars to pay attention to the integrated physical activity curriculum, reduce or even eliminate the obstacles for disabled children to participate in the curriculum, and promote their physical and mental quality to improve comprehensively. The study mainly reached the following 6 conclusions:(1)The problem of course teachers is reflected in the single professional composition and weak foundation. The optimization path is:promote more colleges and universities to add preschool integrated education majors, adjust the curriculum of preschool education, physical education and other majors,post-service training needs to pay attention to the individuality and practicality of the curriculum, and at the same time develop an online resource platform for integrated education to gradually balance regional differences.(2)The hard environment of kindergartens has problems such as the lack of popularization of resource classrooms, insufficient rehabilitation equipment and auxiliary devices, artificial field types, and incomplete construction of barrier-free facilities. The optimization path is: on the basis of the construction requirements led by the government, each kindergarten should transform the existing site facilities according to the needs to promote the participation of all children in the curriculum.(3)The construction of the soft environment of kindergartens is relatively weak, and the optimization path is: establish a long-term communication mechanism for relevant parties, achieve full cooperation, promote the integration of relevant concepts and knowledge of physical education, strengthen publicity and guidance, and pay attention to the construction of information barrier-free environment.(4)The curriculum design shows that the goal setting is different, the comprehensiveness is insufficient, and the content arrangement is scientific and balanced. The optimization path is: the national level should issue curriculum standards related to integrated physical education as soon as possible, form a relationship network of horizontal mutual assistance and vertical supervision within kindergartens to standardize curriculum design, and actively communicate with external institutions and teachers to promote resource sharing.(5)The implementation of the curriculum is systematic and inactive. The optimization path is: kindergartens need to reasonably increase the number of physical education classes, teachers should be based on children’s needs, break away from inherent thinking, implement personalized curriculum, and make full use of existing materials to meet the learning needs of different types of children with disabilities.(6)There are problems of insufficient cooperation and professionalism of teachers in curriculum evaluation. The optimization path is:kindergartens need to study a scale suitable for assessing children’s all-round development level, cooperate with observation and record evaluation to regularly evaluate children, and then urge teachers to open up communication to make evaluation more three-dimensional.
