In recent years,the sport of badminton has been widely developed and popularized nationwide,and the teaching methods of badminton have also been paid attention to by many experts.2022,the Ministry of Education issued the Compulsory Education Curriculum Program and Curriculum Standards(2022 Edition)and the Compulsory Education Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standards(2022 Edition)(hereinafter referred to as the "new standards")."Both documents clarify that the reform of teaching methods should change from "knowledge and skill-based" to "student development-based",focus on the development of students’ core literacy,and improve the effectiveness of physical education classroom teaching.Representation training method is a widely used method in teaching and training,and is also a psychological skill training method.From the perspective of psychological mechanisms and motor performance,representational training method helps students to acquire,maintain,and improve motor skills.Therefore,this paper investigates the effects of representational training method on badminton high ball technique,representational ability,badminton learning interest,and physical fitness to verify the role of representational training method on badminton high ball teaching in order to improve the effect of physical education classroom teaching.In this study,80 junior high school first grade boys who were beginners in badminton were randomly selected as experimental subjects from the first experimental school in Dinghu District,Zhaoqing City,Guangdong Province,using the methods of literature,questionnaire and observation,and the subjects were all 13 years old.During the experiment,the 80 students were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group of 40 students each.There were no significant differences in height,weight,age,lung capacity,physical fitness,badminton forehand stroke high ball,representational ability,interest in learning badminton in junior high school,and physical fitness tests between the two groups before the experiment.The same coach was used throughout the teaching process,with the experimental group using the representational training method and the control group using the traditional teaching method.The experimental period was 8 weeks,3hours per week,24 hours in total,each hour was 40 minutes,the experimental group practiced in the morning from 9:20-10:00,the control group practiced in the afternoon from 15:30-16:10.After 8 weeks of badminton study,the subjects were tested on their landing point,representational ability,interest in learning badminton,and physical fitness of badminton forehand hitting high ball technique,and the following findings were obtained:(1)After the experiment,there was a significant difference in the total score of the backcourt forehand hitting high ball technique between the two groups of students P=0.000(P<0.01),indicating that the use of surface training method was beneficial to improve the accuracy of badminton’s high and far ball.(2)After the experiment,there were significant differences in visual appearance(P=0.016)and kinesthetic appearance(P=0.014)between the two groups(P<0.05).(3)After the experiment,there was a significant difference in badminton learning interest between the experimental class and the control class,P=0.001(P<0.01).(4)The general and specific physical fitness of the students in the two groups did not differ significantly after the experiment(P > 0.05).Conclusions:(1)After the 8-week badminton course,the badminton forehand hitting high and far ball skills of the two groups of students were greatly improved,and the intervention in the appearance training method had a promoting effect on improving the students’ high and far ball skills.(2)From the analysis of experimental results,the apparent ability of the two groups was significantly different,indicating that the representation training method was conducive to improving the appearance ability of junior high school students.(3)The use of surface training can effectively provide detailed guidance for teachers,facilitate teachers to carry out rich teaching content,promote students to actively participate in physical education classes,improve students’ interest in badminton learning,and make students fall in love with badminton.(4)After 24 hours of badminton high and far ball course,the physical fitness of both groups of students was improved,but after intervening in the appearance training method during the experiment,the improvement of students’ physical fitness did not have a significant effect. |
