| In today’s era of higher and more diverse technical requirements,the use of multi ball training methods,which have been developed since the 1960 s,has become increasingly mature,making it more reasonable for coaches to arrange intensity and plan in badminton training.Multi ball training is currently a commonly used method in badminton training in China,which can effectively improve students’ badminton skills and promote the improvement of their performance in badminton matches.However,in practical applications,there are also certain problems with multi ball training.Therefore,how to further expand the advantages of multi ball training and enable students to master technical movements more efficiently through this method is still a topic worth studying.This article will compare,analyze and study the methods of multi ball training and single ball training in badminton,and explore whether high school students can improve their technical level through the use of multi ball training.What impact this training method will have on students’ physique,deepen coaches’ understanding of multi ball training,and enable this method to improve students’ skills faster and more efficiently,and better achieve training goals.In this study,24 students in the badminton training team of Nanping No.8Middle School were selected as experimental subjects by experimental method.When participating in the experiment and analysis,24 students were divided into experimental group and control group to participate in the training.Among them,the experimental group used the multi-ball training method for training,the control group chose the single ball training method for training.The training frequency of both groups was 2 times/week,2 hours/time.After the 4-month badminton training,the test was completed for the subjects,and then the test results of the students’ physique and ball skills before and after the training using the two training programs were analyzed,analyzed and sorted out,and the experimental conclusions were finally obtained.Main research results:1.The experimental group showed significant improvement in various badminton techniques after four months of badminton multi-ball training(p<0.01);The control group was also significantly improved after single ball training(p<0.01).2.After the experiment,the experimental group was superior to the control group in the badminton technical test results,except for the forehand backcourt high ball technology had no significant difference(p>0.05),and the other technical movements had significant differences(p<0.01).3.After four months of badminton multi-ball training,the scores of physical fitness tests in the experimental group were significantly improved(p<0.01).4.After four months of badminton single ball training,the results of physical fitness tests in the control group were significantly improved(p<0.01).5.A comparison is made between the two groups after the experiment,and there was no difference in the physical fitness test scores(p>0.05).Research conclusion:1.It can be seen that the two distinctive training approaches can contribute a lot to the improvement of students’ badminton skills according to the research result,but compared with single-ball training,the improvement range of multi-ball training is more obvious,and this training method is more stable,and the other training method is more average in mastering various techniques.2.Badminton training has a significant and comprehensive impact on high school students’ physique,which is mainly reflected in: speed quality,strength quality,flexibility quality and endurance quality. |
