| Job burnout is a common occupational stress reaction for workers engaged in helping industries,and teachers also have the problem of job burnout.However,for this small group of teachers,their mental health and career development problems are vulnerable to neglect,the degree of rehabilitation institutions teachers burnout of their own health,professional development,special children’s intervention effect,family guidance for parents and the long-term development of special children education rehabilitation career will have a negative impact.Therefore,in the golden period of the development of the education and rehabilitation for special children,understanding the status and causes of teachers’ job burnout in rehabilitation institutions has a positive impact on effectively preventing the formation of teacher job burnout in rehabilitation institutions and promoting the healthy growth and development of the education and rehabilitation for special children.This study used questionnaire survey and interview methods to analyze the job burnout level and characteristics of teachers in rehabilitation institutions for special children in Jinan.A total of 157 valid questionnaires were collected by issuing them online online.SPSS statistical software analyzed the scores of the overall and emotional failure,dehumanization,low achievement and knowledge exhaustion of teachers in rehabilitation institutions.At the same time,targeted to select the six special children rehabilitation institutions of 12 teachers in the face-to-face interview survey,through the analysis of quantitative data and qualitative interview data,expect to understand the level of rehabilitation institutions teachers burnout,and affect the special children rehabilitation institutions teachers possible factors and causes of burnout.The survey results show that among the rehabilitation institutions for special children in Jinan,Shandong Province,the overall degree of job burnout of teachers in the rehabilitation institutions is moderate,and among the four dimensions of job burnout,the degree of knowledge exhaustion is the most serious and the degree of dehumanization is the least.Through the regression analysis of related factors,it is concluded that the factors affecting the job burnout of teachers in rehabilitation institutions are: education background,teaching age,major,daily class hours,and the nature of institution school running.Among them,the top three factors are professional background,daily class hours and the nature of institution school running.Compared with teachers with other professional backgrounds,teachers in special education specialty have the least professional burnout;the job burnout of public institutions is more severe than private rehabilitation institutions;with the increase of daily class hours and the increase of academic level;and the teaching age factors have the opposite effect,and the shorter the teaching age of rehabilitation institutions,the greater the job burnout.Combined with the data of the interview survey,the study analyzed the causes of job burnout of teachers in rehabilitation institutions from four aspects: the knowledge structure with special occupation and diversified requirements,the low social recognition of teachers in rehabilitation institutions,the internal management of rehabilitation institutions,and the personal reasons of teachers in rehabilitation institutions.For rehabilitation institutions status and the causes of burnout,research from the perspective of prevention rehabilitation institutions teachers burnout,respectively from the social level,institutional level,individual level,put forward relevant strategy Suggestions,hope these Suggestions can effectively alleviate the special children rehabilitation institutions teachers burnout,helpful to rehabilitation institutions of teachers’ work and life,for the development of Shandong province Jinan special children education rehabilitation career to make a meager contribution. |
