| With the development of special education,the importance of education and rehabilitation for preschool special children is gradually recognized by people.More and more parents of preschool special children begin to seek early education and rehabilitation support.But at present,there are a large number of special preschool children in China.The public preschool rehabilitation places set up by the state are far from meeting the needs of these parents and children.Therefore,a large number of private preschool rehabilitation institutions have emerged in various places.The emergence of private preschool rehabilitation institutions well complements the shortcomings of public preschool rehabilitation.However,at present,there are many problems in the overall development of private preschool rehabilitation institutions,which need to be standardized.The purpose of this study is to understand the main problems existing in the development process of private preschool rehabilitation institutions in Shenzhen city through the in-depth investigation of Shenzhen m institution,and to make in-depth analysis,and finally put forward the corresponding solutions to the problems.Through the investigation,the following problems are found in M organization: first,the teaching facilities are not perfect,which is mainly reflected in the small space of the training classroom,the high background noise,the insufficient number and single type of playing teaching aids;second,the curriculum is not systematic,which is mainly reflected in the lack of integration of the curriculum structure and the lack of practical content of the curriculum;third,the evaluation is not perfect,which is mainly reflected in the lack of comprehensive evaluation projects,And the assessment report is too rough;fourth,the level of teachers is not balanced,mainly reflected in the lack of vocational training,the education level of front-line teachers is generally low and professional counterpart is not strong;fifth,the operation and management is not perfect,mainly reflected in the lack of institutional publicity and promotion system,lack of cooperation between departments,etc.In addition to its own problems,the local government also lacks financial policy support and financial support for private preschool rehabilitation institutions,and the national laws and regulations also lack the unified supervision of private preschool rehabilitation institutions.In view of the existing problems,this study puts forward the corresponding thinking and suggestions.At the level of training institutions,it is suggested that institutions should improve all kinds of teaching facilities,enrich the curriculum system,establish and improve the evaluation mechanism,strengthen the construction of teaching staff and improve the operation and management mechanism.At the policy level of local government,it is suggested that local government should perfect the preferential tax policy of private education and give some financial support to private preschool rehabilitation institutions.At the level of national laws and regulations,it is suggested that the state formulate relevant laws to promote the development of private preschool rehabilitation institutions,make clear the unified supervision of private preschool rehabilitation institutions,and regulate the development of private preschool rehabilitation industry. |
