With the continuous advancement of the new round of college entrance examination reform,high school students are faced with the dual dilemma of "choosing subjects and choosing classes" and "choosing careers",so the importance of offering career planning education courses in high school is becoming more and more obvious.The career planning education courses in senior high schools started late and most of them are still in the exploratory stage,which is easy to expose many problems in the implementation process such as unclear goals,unclear contents and inadequate implementation.Whether career planning education courses can be effectively carried out is related to whether high school students can plan their own meaningful life.Under the guidance of the national policy document,Anhui Province proposed in 2021 to strengthen "student development guidance" and gradually offer career planning education courses.This study adopts cluster random sampling,selects 6 high schools in Anhui province as the survey objects,adopts literature method,questionnaire survey method and interview survey method to conduct investigation and research,analyzes the current situation of the implementation of career planning education curriculum in ordinary high schools in Anhui province,analyzes the existing problems and causes,and proposes corresponding improvement measures.The investigation shows that there are some problems in the curriculum implementation of career planning education in high schools in Anhui province,such as narrow curriculum objectives,utilitarianism of curriculum content,shallow curriculum implementation,non-standard curriculum evaluation standards,and imperfect curriculum guarantee mechanism.Based on the survey results,this study puts forward the following suggestions for the implementation of career planning education curriculum in ordinary high schools in Anhui province: first,make clear the overall curriculum objectives,refine the sub-objectives,coordinate the multi-angle curriculum objectives,and implement the curriculum objectives of different grades;The second is to enrich the curriculum content,strengthen the integration of disciplines,arrange scientific and reasonable teaching content,strengthen the curriculum penetration among disciplines;Third,the use of diversified teaching forms,ensure the effective development of courses,integrate all available campus resources,but also organize appropriate off-campus experience activities.The fourth is to improve the curriculum evaluation system,implement multiple evaluation structure,adopt multiple evaluation subjects,increase diversified evaluation forms,and enrich the multifaceted evaluation content.Fifth,optimize the structure of teachers,guarantee the construction of infrastructure,improve the construction of teachers,carry out various forms of training,increase the investment in infrastructure,strengthen the publicity of courses.
