In recent years,the party and the country have attached great importance to inheritance and promoting the excellent traditional culture of China,and have introduced policies and issued documents to guide the excellent traditional culture and education of China.General Secretary Xi Jinping also emphasized that the excellent traditional culture of China has provided deep power for the construction of ideological and political courses.Through a large number of literature reading,most scholars have found that the research on the integration of ideological and political courses in Chinese excellent traditional culture is mostly concentrated in university ideological and political courses,there are fewer studies specifically for junior high school "Morality and Rule of Law".The use of Chinese excellent traditional cultural resources in junior high school "Morality and Rule of Law" can not only enrich the content of teaching and enhance the effectiveness of teaching,but also promote the creative transformation and innovative development of the excellent traditional culture of China.In addition,it is also very useful for students’ growth and teachers’ cultural literacy.So how to better play the role of Chinese excellent traditional culture in the "Morality and Rule of Law" in junior high school has become a question we need to pay attention to and research.There are six parts in the article.The first part is to clarify the research background,research value and significance,research methods,research and difficulties,research and innovation points,and related research status.The second part is mainly the relevant theoretical summary part of the Chinese excellent traditional culture and the "Morality and Rule of Law",as well as the theoretical basis of this article,which are Xi Jinping’s important statements on Chinese excellent traditional cultural,constructivism theory,humanistic theory,and social learning theory.The third part is an analysis of feasibility and importance.The fourth part is to explore the current status,problems and reasons for the integration of the current Chinese excellent traditional culture into the teaching of the "Morality and Rule of Law" in junior high school.The fifth part is based on the analysis of the results of the fourth part of the investigation,exploring how to effectively integrate the excellent Chinese traditional culture into the "Morality and Rule of Law" in junior high school,in response to the problems,we propose effective ways to improve the level of traditional cultural literacy of the teachers’ team in junior high school "Morality and the Rule of Law" class,improve the extent and effectiveness of using Chinese excellent traditional cultural resources,improve the evaluation and examination system for integrating Chinese excellent traditional culture into teaching,and build an environment conducive to passing on and promoting Chinese excellent traditional culture;the sixth part is mainly to present the application of the path of Chinese excellent traditional culture into the path of "Morality and Rule of Law" in junior high school.
