Research purpose: This study discusses the rapid telescopic compound training and traditional strength training for the ball the special girl’s physical quality and the influence of difficulty action completion,improve the ball through scientific training way special girl jump class difficulty action quality,for the ball the line teaching and training to provide certain reference.Research methods: This paper adopts the literature data method,expert interview method,experimental method,mathematical statistics method,and selects 30 girls from Anqing Normal University as the experimental subjects,randomly divided into control group and experimental group,15 people in each group.There was no difference between the groups before the experiment.The control group underwent traditional strength training,and the experimental group underwent rapid expansion compound training for 10 weeks,three times a week,for 60 minutes.Before and after the training,the subjects were tested for their physical quality and cheerleading jumping difficulty movement indicators.Research results:(1)Physical fitness test results:Comparison between groups: Before the two groups of students have no significant difference in the physical fitness test results,after the two groups in standing long jump(cm),longitudinal jump touch(cm)have significant difference(P<0.05),30 s jump(time)and 30s(time)have significant difference(P <0.01),and sitting body forward flexion(cm),right leg longitudinal fork(cm)and left leg longitudinal fork(cm)indicators have no significant difference(P> 0.05).Comparison within the group: The experimental group before and after the test on quality indicators are significantly improved than before training(P <0.01),the control group sitting forward flexion and longitudinal jump touch high performance is not significantly improved than before training(P> 0.05),the rest of the test indicators are significantly improved than before training(P <0.05);(2)Difficulty action test results:Comparison between groups: There was no significant difference in the test results of the two groups in the difficult jumping movements before the experiment,and the results of the experimental group in the difficult movements,double jump and reverse jump were significantly higher than that of the control group,and there was a significant difference(P> 0.05)。In-group comparison: After 10 weeks of rapid expansion complex training,the performance of flexion leg jump,double continuous jump and reverse body jump was significantly improved than before training(P <0.01);in the control group,the performance of flexion leg jump,double continuous jump and reverse body jump was not significantly improved than before training(P> 0.05).Research conclusion:(1)Rapid expansion compound training can significantly improve the explosive strength quality,flexibility quality and endurance quality of cheerleading students,and the training effect of explosive strength quality,flexible endurance quality and muscle endurance quality.(2)Rapid expansion and complex training is helpful to improve the completion of students’ special cheerleading exercises with difficult jumping movements,and the training effect is better than the traditional strength training.
