| This study with la la cao research perspective,flower ball la la cao movement as an intervention,experiment cycle for 12 weeks,through testing the senior pupils physical quality and body self-esteem related indicators,inductive arrangement,statistical analysis,explore the influence of senior pupils physical and mental health,stimulate pupils interest in flower ball la cao movement,promote the development of pupils’ physical and mental health,to improve the senior pupils physical quality and body self-esteem level to provide reference,for primary school flower ball cheerleading in-depth study of practice teaching to provide certain theoretical basis.This paper mainly uses the methods of literature data,experiment,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics to study the influence of the physical quality and physical self-esteem of senior students.Using the literature and data method,In-depth understanding of the current domestic and foreign primary school students flower ball cheerleading research status and development trends,To determine the direction of the later research;Two classes of grade 5 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,The experimental group used the flower ball cheerleading intervention teaching,The control group used regular physical education courses for intervention teaching,All were taught by the same teachers during the intervention cycle,Ensure the consistency of teaching environment,teaching site and exercise intensity;The questionnaire survey method was used to test the 12 dimensions of physical self-esteem before and after the experiment,and to collect the data;Mathematical statistical method used SPSS26.0 to test and analyze the measured values of physical fitness and physical self-esteem,Finally,draw the conclusion and put forward reasonable suggestions.Research results:(1)After the 12 weeks,lung capacity,50 m running,1min rope skipping,1min sit-up,and 50 m 8 round-trip running increased significantly(P <0.05)(P <0.01);height and weight(P> 0.05).There were no significant changes in all the physical fitness measures in the control group(P> 0.05).(2)After 12 weeks,the dimensions of physical activity,speed,endurance,coordination and overall self-esteem were significantly improved(P <0.05);strength and flexibility were significantly improved(P <0.01);health,physical attractiveness,physical skills,appearance and physical value(P> 0.05).Both the control group and the strength dimensions and coordination dimensions changed significantly(P <0.05),but no other dimensions of body self-esteem changed significantly.(3)The indicators of physical quality of senior students in the experimental group have corcorrelation with physical self-esteem.The results showed that 50 m running,1min skipping and 1min sit-ups had significant correlation with body self-esteem(P <0.05);sitting forward flexion had very significant correlation with body self-esteem(P <0.01);and other indicators had no significant correlation with body self-esteem.Research conclusion:(1)It has a significant effect on the physical quality of senior pupils,including cardiopulmonary fitness,muscle strength,muscle stretching and elasticity,a physical quality will promote other physical qualities,especially the core strength and flexibility of waist and abdomen;no influence on the basic physical shape of senior pupils.(2)The dimensions of physical self-esteem of senior students have been improved and improved to different degrees,especially on physical activity,endurance,flexibility,strength,coordination,overall self-esteem has a significant impact.Long-term participation in flower ball cheerleading exercise can improve the self-confidence and physical self-esteem level of senior students.(3)The results of bivariate correlation analysis between physical fitness and total score of senior grade students show that there is a certain correlation between physical fitness and physical self-esteem,especially the correlation between flexible fitness and physical self-esteem. |
