The innovative breakthroughs of the Internet and digital information technology have laid a material foundation for the development of online education.The outbreak and normalization of the "epidemic" has increased the cooperation and integration of schools,offline educational institutions and online education platforms.Online education in primary and secondary schools has also ushered in With the opportunity of the outbreak,more and more people devote themselves to it,and the largest number of them are online tutors;but just as online education is in full swing,it has ushered in the heavy blow of the "double reduction" landing,and the subversive changes in the policy environment are not only It has changed the industry situation of online education,and also greatly affected the digital labor and identity of online tutors.Using the research method of in-depth interviews,this paper studies the digital labor and identity of online tutors in online education companies during the period from the "epidemic" to the implementation of "double reduction",mainly from the following aspects:The development of labor and identity theories and the research status at home and abroad are explained in detail;the second chapter sorts out the Chinese context of digital labor and the development practice of online education in my country;the third chapter discusses the actual conditions of online education enterprises Starting from the beginning,it discusses the digital labor practice of online tutors;Chapters 4 and 5 start with the relationship between digital labor and identity,and the impact of subversive environments on digital labor,respectively.This paper finds that the low threshold,high intensity and high pressure of digital labor of online tutors make them under the chain control like machines;in the face of such control,they breed a kind of self-joking resistance discourse,that is,parents’ The act of signing up is called "billing",and such words are helpless "independence in his master" and a dilution of the identity of "teacher";and in the face of the instability of the industry,online tutors also show a greater fluidity,they frequently move internally and switch jobs,trying to offset the negative effects of instability and mobility with their personal efforts;the quest for stability makes online tutors mostly from the same region,given some of the demands and disruptions of digital labor Influenced by the disruptive environment,the distribution of gender power among tutors also shows asymmetry.Finally,the disruptive environment has increased the labor time and intensity of online tutors,making them involuted and overworked digital laborers;on the other hand,external stimuli-the disruptive environment has made some tutors awaken their own self-esteem.Subjectivity and initiative,they have carried out self-learning and improvement to cope with the occupational crisis.
