| In 2018,the Ministry of Education issued the Education Informatization 2.0Action Plan,which aims to accelerate the modernization of education and the construction of a strong education country.In this context,integration and innovation should be adhered to,and the advantages of technology should be brought into play to promote the deep integration of technology and education teaching.Traditional classroom teaching is restricted by a variety of conditions,and the subject of geography has strong temporal,spatial and geographical characteristics.The introduction of VR technology into geography teaching and the development of teaching resources is of great significance to break the traditional teaching restrictions,create a good geography classroom teaching environment and encourage students to use information means for active learning.In addition,the construction of a high school geography teaching resource platform,which is not only in line with the teachers’ new curriculum reform that requires teachers to be researchers,curriculum builders and developers of education and teaching,provides teachers with new ideas and methods of teaching,but also encourages the majority of geography educators to devote themselves to the development of VR geography teaching resources and promotes the development of geography education and teaching.The article carries out the development of high school geography teaching resources based on VR technology and promotes the deep integration of technology and education teaching through two aspects,such as the construction of a sharing platform,in an attempt to overcome the limitations of existing difficulties on geography teaching work.The research of the dissertation is carried out in the following four aspects.Firstly,after determining that the thesis topic has certain research value,we read the domestic and foreign literature through literature research method to grasp the research background,purpose and significance of the selected topic,the current situation of domestic and foreign research,and later verify the effect of teaching experiment through the addition of questionnaire survey and comparative experiment method.Using immersion theory,tower of experience theory and distributed cognitive theory,the theoretical basis of the article is formed to guide the work of the thesis.Secondly,after analyzing the advantages of the application of VR geography teaching resources,the development methods of VR geography teaching resources are further elaborated;the three types of development methods,such as the production of VR pictures and videos by cell phones and panoramic cameras;the reconstruction of live-action three-dimensional space by using the tilt photography technology of drones;and the construction of geospatial three-dimensional models by using Google Earth,are used for the development of VR teaching resources.Third,the developed VR geography teaching resources are further designed and improved to form a teaching design that can be used in the geography classroom,taking the two topics of "karst landforms" and "urban-rural spatial structure" as examples,and combining with the equipment of the schools where the teaching experiments are carried out.The experiments were carried out with the equipment of the schools where the experiments were conducted.Through questionnaires and comparative experiments,we test whether the use of VR geography teaching resources has corresponding application advantages,and collect opinions and suggestions for reflection and continuous improvement of the program.Fourth,after elaborating how to develop VR geography teaching resources and using VR geography teaching resources to conduct teaching experiments,the logical framework and functional design of the resource sharing platform are conceived,the construction of the resource sharing platform is carried out by using modern technology,and the testing of the platform function is carried out to gradually supplement and improve the resources of the sharing platform.The findings of this paper are as follows: immersive teaching and enhancing students’ interest in learning.VR technology creates an immersive experience that can help students learn efficiently,and students enjoy the learning process as well as stimulate their interest in learning.It helps students break through the important and difficult points and improve the quality of classroom teaching.Conducting teaching experiments through questionnaires and analysis of experimental data concluded that the introduction of VR technology into the geography classroom can significantly improve the quality of classroom teaching,helping students to break through the key points of the classroom and understand and master the difficult points of knowledge.Resource development teaching and enhancing development ability.This paper carries out the development of VR geography teaching resources in a variety of ways,which are practical and feasible after the discussion and practice of this paper,and have certain reference significance for developers who want to carry out VR resources.Build a sharing platform to realize resource sharing.For the sharing platform constructed in this paper,it not only integrates the needs and resources of different users,but also promotes the development of shared education and facilitates the communication between different users and geography educators,which is a multifunctional teaching resource platform based on VR virtual reality technology for secondary school geography educators and for future education. |
