| Since the implementation of the "Special Post Program",China’s rural teaching force has made important achievements,especially in terms of "quantity" has been greatly improved,but in the context of the modernization of education,it is particularly urgent to create a professional teaching force with high-quality and quality.However,in the context of education modernization,it is particularly urgent to create a highly qualified and high quality professional teaching force.The level of development of rural education is the main area for the modernization of county education in China.In this regard,the focus of China’s education reform has extended from the "quantity" of teachers to the "quality" of teachers,and in 2019,the State Council issued the "China Education Modernization 2035",which proposes "building a high quality professional The State Council issued the "Modernization of China’s Education 2035",which proposes to "build a high quality,professional and innovative teaching team".As the main force of physical education in rural schools,the quality of special physical education teachers directly affects the physical health of rural school students.However,what is the current status of the quality of special physical education teachers in China’s counties? What are the factors that restrict the quality development of special physical education teachers? Questions such as how to evaluate their quality level need to be solved.Based on this,this study constructs a quality evaluation system for sports special post teachers in county-level rural schools from the perspective of educational competence theory.On this basis,an evaluation questionnaire is developed,and H County is taken as an example to evaluate the quality of234 rural sports special post teachers in H County.This provides a deep understanding of the quality level of sports special post teachers in H County rural schools,and provides reference for improving the quality of sports special post teachers in county-level rural schools.This study takes the connotation of teacher quality and the design process of quality evaluation as the starting point,and explores the factors affecting the quality level of teachers by analyzing the connotation of teacher quality.After sorting out the research on teacher quality evaluation at home and abroad,the following research ideas were identified: clarify the relevant concepts-construct the index system-develop the evaluation questionnaire-test the validity of the evaluation questionnaire-extract the survey respondents-conduct the survey-statistical analysis of the data-calculate the data.Conducting surveys-Statistical analysis of data-calculating quality score status.The study follows the principle of systematization,and uses literature research method,Delphi method,questionnaire survey method,AHP hierarchical analysis method,etc.The scientific rationality of the study is verified by various tests such as item analysis,exploratory factor analysis,validation factor analysis,ANOVA test method and t-test.The findings of the study are as following:1.Based on the perspective of educational competency theory,combined with domestic and foreign research on physical education teacher quality evaluation,the characteristic elements of rural school physical education special post teachers’ quality were initially screened,and after two rounds of Delphi expert method and the third round of expert empowerment,the indicators of rural school physical education special post teachers’ quality evaluation were divided into four dimensions,which are teachers’ survival quality,professional quality,spiritual experience,and feelings of faith.By refining the content of the indicators,we developed the Quality Evaluation Questionnaire for Special Post Teachers of Physical Education in Rural Schools according to the principles of evaluation questionnaire preparation,and conducted two small-scale trial tests,and tested the reliability of the questionnaire with exploratory factor analysis,validating factor analysis,internal consistency reliability test,and the reliability of the questionnaire with the corrected total correlation coefficient(CITC)test,and finally obtained an evaluation questionnaire with high reliability and validity.The results showed that the internal consistency coefficient of the questionnaire was0.939,the total variance explained by the four common factors extracted in the exploratory factor analysis was 63.06%,and the data in the validation factor analysis showed that the model structure and the measurement data fit well,indicating that the convergent validity and structural validity of the questionnaire were good.2.The evaluation questionnaire was used to investigate the current situation of the quality of special physical education teachers in rural schools in County H.The results were as follows: 1)the total score of the quality of special physical education teachers in rural schools in County H was 0.785,and the quality was moderately high according to the criteria of rating;2)there were some differences among special physical education teachers in County H in terms of gender,teaching age and title,and the survival quality of male special physical education teachers was significantly better than that of female teachers.The higher the teaching experience,the higher the level of professional quality of PE teachers;the different salary levels were also significantly on the survival quality and the level of faith.In summary,this study constructed a quality evaluation index system for rural school physical education teachers,prepared and tested the scientific validity of the quality evaluation questionnaire for rural school physical education teachers,and analyzed the quality scores and differences of rural school physical education teachers in County H.The findings of the above study provide theoretical reference and experience for building a teacher team with high-quality. |
